I made a purchase on may, the product never arrived. After 5 months they reimbursed partially. I am still waiting for my money. These guys may be buying the presents with all the money stolen from a lot of people. Don't buy here, I even think european justice is looking for them. I hope all the karma (and justice) goes back to them soon.

It’s a complete scam, I ordered a TV furniture since 10 months, no delivery no refund. A guy named Kevin replied on the phone and then no answer neither to calls neither to emails.

They stole my money 3 months ago, they cancelled my order 1 month ago and told me they would refund me and I have never received a penny. They are thieves. I have reported it to my bank.

Total scam. Do not buy from them
Our order was delivered after 4 months (while they claimed to deliver it in 15 days). Delivery was never agreed and we found out that the merchandise was broken. we asked for refund and to take back the broken furniture but no answer.

It should be possible to post a review with no stars. I am having exactly the same problem experienced by other reviewers. Product ordered in June was never delivered. Eventually an e-mail that I would be reimbursed, a month later no reimbursement and my e-mails go unanswered.

They take your money and don’t ship your order. We have been waiting for our furniture for one month! After many calls and emails with no answer we would like to cancel our order KQXKMHNBO

I have ordered a Sofa (ZJIYKROER) , for 768€ on 4th August 2023. Since there was no action about delivery for more then a month, I cancelled the order on 5th September 2023. They have accepted the cancellation and intiated reimbursement on 14th September 2023. Until today, 5th Ocotber 2023, I have sent many mails asking about the refund, but no anwser. I am also thinking to take it to the European Union Cosumer court as this is totally unacceptable. The mental stress this caused is too much and now I fear I will loose my hard earned money.

Please, do not buy from this company!
I made my order in May 5th (number CIHHWLHNW).
I received a feedback about the shipment after 3 weeks, without the tracking number. Then, I contacted them several times in the last 4 months via emails and their website portal, but they did not reply providing any feedback.

I never receive the article, either the refund ... Scam !

Can not find a way to contcat the vendor and this transaction will be chargeback thought the bank. Order Reference ASJRDRNAW

The customer service people are nice but apart from that everything else is horrible. Orders that take months to arrive and then have missing parts/faulty parts, then they send you a completely wrong or different thing when you complain to fix the problem, and then the blame gets passed around departments like a hot potato.

Biggest scam of my life. NEVER AGAIN.

Did not receive an order. 20 days after purchase i did not hear back from them. They don’t answer when i contact them or only send some automatic message saying “track your order” who never left Turkey so far.

It’s a scam. Don’t but anything there and save your money for yourself

I’ve tried to order a product. A few days after I got the money refunded without explanation. We emailed them asking what happened and we didn’t hear back. I’ve tried to call them no answer despite that they have a phone support 24/7. I emailed them again no answer to my ticket. I opened a new ticket and for this reason, out of frustration I’m writing here too.

Depot prive is scam!
It’s been two months they postponed our delivery cause they say they’re out of stock! They promised to come back at us after 25 days and it was a lie! They don’t reply the emails, nor the calls. On instagram they delete the comments or just let in seen my messages. I already contacted my bank and declare the purchase as a fraud. I did my research on the CEO and it came out internet est Madame SARA AMAIEUR, en sa qualité de Présidente de la société DEPOT PRIVE SRL ; she also had a tech company which came out committing the same kind of frauds. Depending on my bank response, will think about hiring a Lawyer.
There’s also a Facebook page against Depot Prive so we can collect all the proves and go against them.

Incan finally tell that they are professional scammer. They took the money months ago and totally disappeared. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM: DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. I AM ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE WITH MY BANK AS THEY RAN AWAY WITH MY MONEY. THIS IS FRAUD.

I have buy a fauteuil suspendu it came little bit late but it is awesome same like photo and description. For one month late delivery I have complained about this and the service always answered and contacted with me.
