Depot Privé is a scammer. I’m their victim

They are scammers. I ordered a sofa costs 1669€ at 22th February, they said it would be delivered in 15 days. After 20 days no news, I called them and they said there was an issue of transportation in Turkey, my sofa must be delivered on 10th April. I didn’t agree and ask to get refund.
The first 3 calls, they said they will cancel my orders but I received no confirmation emails.
The 4th call, I asked them to send an email during the phone call. They did but the email didn’t mention the number of order, no information.
The 5th call, I asked to send me again and he did during the call with the information I asked that a professional company need to do normally. The email said I’ll get my refund in next 14 days. It was 11th March 2023. After 10 days I called again to ask the procedure, a girl said she didn’t receive my request. She offered me 200€ off if I kept my sofa. I didn’t agree and then she said she would transfer my order to the refund process. And now it’s been 3 weeks I have no news from them. I did many calls and no answer.

Please beware of this company and don’t throw your money out of window.

Perfect

Very good customer service. A bit delay in delivery time but good correspondence and update on delivery. Our closet looks beautiful, colors exactly like the picture. Good afordable material. Thank you!!!

Furniture that standout!

I ordered 3 items from Depotprive- TV stand, bookshelf & a bedside table. Absolutely satisfied with all 3 purchases! Beautiful and of great quality, definitely a great value for money invested! They have a wide range of furniture with best designs. I would highly recommend Depotprive furniture.
