Absolutely terrible

Very unprofessional and do not recommend.
I placed a deposit of 50 percent back in November 2025 for a flat roof replacement, kept promising to come and do it on the next dry day (after chasing multiple times), failed to arrived and failed miserably to communicate with me - again, multiple times. Then started to ignore my calls and messages, only answering when I used a friends phone so was clearly ignoring me and hoping I’d just go away. When I spoke to him, more empty promises and then requested a refund which he agreed to do, when back in the office on Monday. Monday office hours have been and gone - still no refund, no reply to my messages or phone calls so small claims court here we come.
