Please avoid buying from this company. They sell fake or unsatisfactory products and they dont want to refund money back. Even their resolution system that say want help out is difficult to get hold off. I bought something and within seconds that I cancelled buyer said product is now processed to be sent, when came i did not like as it did not match product online. The seller does not want to Corporate to send money back. This is a fake website that customers should avoid. Name of company Gogozx

Gruop of deceivers and thieves, they claim at order deliver at 21:00 on holyday, what the stupidity.
They deceive me by 31$.

Having never dealt with DH GATE before I saw a jacket that I wanted but could not get anywhere else in my size.

Therefore I opened an account with DH Gate and placed an order worth over GBP £90 with a “seller” listed as “ maonidayi ”.

The order was placed on 14 March 2024

After a few days I checked the status only to find a message from the “seller” maonidayi saying that the jacket was out of stock and suggesting that they could send a different jacket.

Because I did not want the other different jacket, I cancelled my order.

The next day I discovered that the "seller" maonidayi had refused to cancel the order, so my money was gone.

When I tried to get help from DH Gate, their system would not allow me to make a complaint until after goods had been received and only if I had clicked to say that the goods had been received !!

Because the “seller” had no stock, this was obviously impossible because I had received no goods because there were no goods to be had.

Therefore DH Gate had created a CATCH 22 situation for any purchaser who had money taken but no goods received.

I was stuck DH Gate's CATCH 22. This is why you should not take the risk and NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE.

After many many many messages to DH Gate over many many days – over about a week in total – all to no avail, I finally contacted DH Gate's CEO Diane Wang with a letter of complaint setting out the problems.

Diane Wang's details are easily found by researching the internet.

Today ( 3rd April 2024 ) I finally managed to get my money refunded, but not without loads and loads of grief and hassle.

The lesson to all readers of this review is simple – I recommend that you NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE. You have been warned.

I had ordered Ninja Foodi Power Mixer and paid, then when they sent in a different name and not the same size box very small. I didn't sign we refuse it because it's not ours but has the right tracking number .
the company plays games the best part of that I have a Ring cam with all recordings to approve.
When you try to contact the Dg Dhgate there's no contact number and chat not work, if you send an email I'll not hear anything .

This is a scammer company!! I ordered a 125 dollars worth bag on december 25th after 15 days it was not sent so I opened dispute for refund, seller sent me in a small envelope a scarf!! instead of a bag I ordered!! Like a leather bag should not even fit into such small package envelope! Ordered 100 times from aliexpress and the dispute center is awsome and on Dhgate it is slow unfair and won't let you add evindences!! I waited 2 months for a scam so I lost 125 dollars and I honestly wish your site is going to be taken down and I post it all over tiktok what a scam I received!!! stay away from them !! order from aliexpress dhgate is not safe!!! wish I could upload pictures here!!

Disgusting company. Sellers send out cheap rubbish that isn't as described and provide no evidence to prove otherwise in disputes (and you have) yet DHgate sides with the sellers and release payments for this rubbish to the seller. Doesn't matter that these items may have been espensive they will still release the money to them. I had sellers provide zero evidence to support their claims in disputes, literally zero (and I provided a lot) but they still won the disputes :o( DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! They will never side with you.

Would rate it 0 but I can’t - I order 3 items from DHGate in October 2022, all from different sellers, 2 items came and were perfect. The last item, a rucksack from seller BAG8886 took forever to arrive and the seller does not get back to you then today something arrived and it was a A5 notepad!!! I paid £45.46 for a A5 notepad. Raised dispute with seller, ignored, raised dispute with DHGate, ignored so I went to credit card company who have credited it back to me - DO NOT USE DHGATE

This is an absolute scam. 1 in 10 items comes as described in ad. When I opened dispute trying to return, DH gate refused and just released the payment to the seller... I have got 2 hoodies advertised as fleece and sweaters, turned out to be made of 100% polyester. I have explained same to DH gate, uploaded the photos as evidence, they refused me a return for refund, I lost £80 for something that I can't even use as a rag. The way the app is designed it makes disputes communication impossible.

It's a crap shoot. The only way to get decent items is to find private sellers which is also a crap shoot. I see reviews of items I have purchased that are so different from the item I received. Expect to throw away a lot of money. Everything is cheaply done and it's rare, not impossible, to find a decent replica or a well made item. Here's something that a lot of people aren't aware of. A lot of the items on Dhgate (mainly clothes, shoes, and bags) can be found on Amazon and believe it or not Walmart. Why wait 4-5 weeks when Amazon can ship quicker? Complaints go nowhere at DHgate. No one cares. It's not like in the U.S. where we have some protections. DHgate protects the seller and not the buyer. I bought a bag and it smelled like fish. I reached out to the seller and he literally said, you get what you pay for. Why do we keep giving our money to this company?

I order three items and when I trying check status of shipping I couldn’t log on because my account was closed . I can’t contact with Costumer service and I don’t know how my orders looks now . I worry little bit I’m after brain tumour surgery and this is stressful .
When I check seller I saw messege this store not exist.But they take money from my account

FRAUD---- stay away... shipment nevercopes.. they charge credit card.. keep sending you emails its arriving ... then when you ask for refund.. they write back thats its been done... etc... STAY AWAY... found out afterwards happened to many people I know also...

I have sent an item back to the seller and been told that i will get the refund on my postage. After waiting almost a month i have been told by the dhgate customer agent that the seller doesn’t have the fund in his account so they can’t refund me back. Moreover, i have to message and request the seller to put the fund in his account so that dhgate could refund my postage money.
I find it really bizarre that i have to request the seller to tell him to put the money in his account and the dhgate can’t do anything? And i have been told that if the seller doesn’t have funds they cant do anything and also been told that seller is still doing business with them.

If I could leave no stars I would. Parcel took two weeks to be dispatched. It got stuck at customs for over a month with no tracking updates and the seller told me this was "normal shipment". I explained that this was wrong and there was a problem, and could they look into it. No response... then it reached the UK and was declined by customs and returned to sender. After this I requested a refund and the seller REFUSED the refund! How can a system allow a seller to refuse a refund when there is proof I have no chance of receiving it!? They're saying I can't escalate a dispute to DH Gate for another week, so basically I'm stuck negotiating with a seller who is basically saying "no I want my money, tough". The whole site is a joke and massively biased towards the sellers, buyers can basically suck it if they don't get their item. NEVER buy off this site! I don't care how cheap the knock off Louis is!

Before new EU laws this year think it was August 1st. I ordered 8 football kits for my kid & all arrived anytime from 3 weeks to 8 weeks. Since then ive ordered 4 items & all of them have been blocked by customs or havent moved for weeks. DHGate should not be allowed sell to EU anymore as nothing gets through anymore. Suppliers rarely talk to you & dhgate are impossible to talk too. Unfortunately this used to be great website for ordering to Ireland but not anymore, nothing getting through customs for whatever reason, customs must have so much free stuff now the scu-mbags...

Beware of Potential RipOff
20 months ago I paid for a guitar through DHgate the seller trading name was ac-dc; I have still not recieved my guitar despite multiple contact the seller with no response.
DHgate's response has been useless. They have been passed my order number and email login several times and still no joy, they whitter on about buyer protection. utter rubbish.
So be very very careful, don't suffer financially as I did.
