DHGATE has sellers on their sight that will take your money never having any intention of sending you what you paid for.

BUYER BEWARE- THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES.

This company stole thousands of dollars from me.

I have never received a single item that was bargain-priced, nor a single refund.

I have ordered over 300 bargain-priced items from this company and have given them thousands of dollars. I have not received any of these items, nor have I received a single dime in refunds.

All of the items I ordered were priced insanely low. You will never receive a single one of these type of items. Never. They are not coming and you will never get a dime of your money back. They simply took my money and ran.

THIS IS A TRULY EVIL COMPANY

My order is 3224415866 It all started with the fact that I ordered an electric scooter, it was in Spain in a warehouse.when I paid for the order it was already clear that they wanted to cheat me because the tracking number was invalid.A week later, I opened a dispute, I sent a lot of photos with evidence from my country that I had not received the goods and the goods were stuck somewhere in Germany.A week later, I opened a dispute, I sent a lot of photos with evidence from my country that I had not received the goods and the goods were stuck somewhere in Germany.Nowhere is there any evidence that i got scooters signed for him.The dispute was closed. I lost 400 euros. The company dhgate does not trust me to the buyer and the seller, without any evidence, closes disputes in favor of the seller.
Many people from Lithuania were deceived in this way and did not receive their money back.

I order a shoes on this site and the product did not come. I try to make a complain but they make it almost impossible to do so. they took my money. do not buy from these guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have made 6 orders from DH Gate since the 19th of April.
1. Slimming massager - states delivery received. NEVER CAME. Seller provided a refund. The store is still open and active.

I don’t understand how I can order from 6 different sellers and all have the same problem, all tracking say delivered to Australia and not one parcel has arrived to my home. This site is a complete con DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ITEM.

Common DH GATE, you need to protect consumers from fraudulent sites.
I previously ordered from ioffer and ALIEXPRESS..stick to those they work.

Last week my first order was sent to a wrong address after my review on trust pilot I received an answer and a refund so that was ok but now I’ve have another order waiting shipment for 2 weeks already I contacted the seller , no reply, customer service, no reply. Seems to me that the only way to get some attention it’s by posting .... so now I want to cancel and get a full refund.

All 3 products I have ordered from DHGATE have proven to be a scam – fake tracking ID’s where the seller uses the tracking ID of someone else’s parcel also going to NZ.

All 3 parcels have been addressed to other people, and delivered to other addresses far from us.

You already refunded one parcel, please can the other 2 be refunded urgently as this scam has put me to immense work and financial pressure. The 2 sellers are already well known to you from other complaints by other people.

first lot of orders have arrived. Very pleased with the quality and the sellers are very helpful with sizes etc.
DHgate it’s self seems very trustworthy and helpful. I’ve already had a refund and email response the following day due to log in error. They get a lot bad reviews but as far as I can see it’s a very good company and market place.

I thought the customer service was good until when I ordered a parcel that had free dhl shipping, the seller sent it with e packet and woman called hannah at customer service was rude saying well pay for it then if you want dhl shipping, and anything I said was wrong to her

Well most of my orders from March, April, and May appear to still be in China. And anytime you question the seller, they say it's all due to covid-19. Not true. It also is like pulling teeth to get a refund! Not a good site for customer service but very good for price.

Ordered and waited 2 months for delivery. Tracking then showed “delivered” status to the wrong State. Contacted Australia Post and was advised the tracking number provided to me by DHGate was not in my name and had been delivered to someone else. Still awaiting a response/explanation from DHGate. Not happy.

Fake vendors selling purses at unbelievable prices . You pay then they give a fake tracking number after a while maybe months waiting on your order the packages arrive to a wrong address. A total scam it happened to me 8 times in a month , three months later the packages never arrive and some things arrive with empty packages . Be aware

I ordered dozens of items over last 2 years with no problem until April. Since April I ordered 7 items from 6 different sellers. 2 were sent to a fake zip code (84198). 5 we're sent to "Parcel Lockers" In random cities. I'm assuming that with the controversies between our countries that they will only be stealing our money at this point. Customer service useless as expected.

Recently has just gotten worse, a lot worse. This week alone I have lost three separate packages that were shipped to the wrong cities and states, and one package that was returned to sender. You would think since it is in their system that the package was returned to sender got a refund would be instant. Nope. I love the merchandise that I purchase. The biggest problem with dhgate is resolving a problem. You have to go online, over and over, back and forth, waiting for the seller to reply, which takes hours and days. And if there is a time difference like in the USA, a 12-hour time difference, good luck.

I can't order products from the site, the site claims my credit card is not good but it is wrong I booked a credit card on other sites without problems, Order number: # 3209074469 Could not help me in the support center

Order No. 530462385 was purchased on the 03/04/2020. This order has gone past the estimated time of delivery stated as 03/04/20 and still I have not received the order. I have sent several messages to seller but no response The order has been at Zhengzhou International processing centre since the 15/04/2020 and has not moved up till now. Effort to use the online chat failed because the AI does not have a category for my order issues. . I hereby wish to proceed with refund if I do not hear from seller asap.

This company is Good, these are not real designer brands, but everything comes from china so is almost the same, sometimes if you buy cheap don't expect good quality but if u spend more is gonna be good i have the experience with some items, but If you really think you can find a $80 pair of brand new Prada shoes and the quality is good and that’s your own problem if you want to spend the much money, Read the reviews first and you will know what is safe and what is not and see the feedbacks from every store, look for pictures and ask for more, see if every store has at least 97% from reviews that say “very satisfied” ,and see those are fraudulent reviews. I’ve placed over 20 orders and have never had a problems with them, and for Now i still receiving my orders that i did on January because of the pandemic is delay- Do not expect to get your order in a week as that is not possible coz they are on China or Shirlanka or other places..
