Okay experience for the price

I would be careful ordering again

I bought player version jersey of barcelona and it came as damaged. Seller woo99 refused to refund and said cut the jersey and send me a video while doing it so i can refund. What a rude behavior. I wrote to the dhgate immediately and the company hasn't done a thing with the seller yet.

Out of about 40 purchases I have received about 15 items. Some items were great, most unfortunately were scams. I have had boxes sent with heavy paper in the boxes. Be very careful and check the sellers reviews. Pay with a credit card so you can dispute your items because DHGATE does NOTHING to help you, unless you do the dispute through the site..and good luck with that!

3302238071, the bag suppose to be genuine leather but when I received it was a total vinyl bag, off course the seller refused to refund then I had to file a dispute and I sent all the evidence they asked for , from pictures to videos as proof to get a full refund but dhgate decided and made me to keep the item and they only refunded me $15 out of $78, it’s a total scam website, I am writing this to warn buyers from buying from this website and this seller

My name is Lacaisha Smothers and I attempted to order 3 in one baby car seat. This was several months ago and the seller decided that they want to increased the price $71 more than they asked for. I canceled the order, a few days later my bank account was charged for the item, which i didnt received. I disputed the transaction, days later the merchant told my bank that they sent me the item which was untrue. I tried explaining to my bank that i didnt received this and that i tried emailing the merchant about this issue, which the merchant didnt respond to my email messages. I'm livid and I will be seeking legal action.

Received the shoes but wrong size. Contacted seller to return the shoes to get my money back. But the seller never responded back. So I opened a dispute. Seller declined my proposal. Offered me a new proposal with $0.01, never responded to any any of my messages, never cooperated, so I waited 5 business days. Then I asked DH gate to step in to mediate and help me. The DH gate analyst replied back and asked me to upload some evidences in BEIJING TIME ZONE. That time It was night time in USA, when I saw the analysts message, I was in my office, I came home, took the pictures, uploaded the evidences, but the analysist did NOT even look at my new evidences. He followed the BEIJING TIME ZONE and closed my case due to insufficient evidences. He released the payment to the seller.
Since the payment was released to the seller and dispute was closed, I contacted DH customer service for help because it was injustice to me. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that will never fit me, I also lost my money. So I asked the representative if I could open a after sale dispute. She said no. But my best shot was to keep negotiating with the seller. And I explained her very clearly that that’s where the main problem is. The main problem is, “ THE SELLER NEVER RESPONDS BACK” she said, they will take some serious level actions this time that will make the seller to respond back... I knew the representative was just lying to make me calm down... because the seller never responded before. Now that his payment is released, there’s no way he will ever cooperate... the representative also said They will also compensated for this whole situation like I’ll be given a coupon or something but I was also given of nothing that sort...they need to stop giving people false hopes..
Then I kept emailing them, but they stopped emailing me back completely as well... and now they changed the website rules, if you’re not some VIP, they don’t even provide you customer service anymore. always taking sellers sides... never helping the buyers.. ripping us off. Scammers!!!

My scam was different from others, I ordered a handbag, probably fake, non the less paid $50 for it, am August 25 2020, whole time I tried to contact DHGATE to tell them I want my refund because of the fake tracking number, they said, it is not time jet because you need to wait until they release the payment to the Seller( what the F@22*$ is that for a company policy?) after waiting about 6 months they notified me via email for release of a payment, I tried to login in DHGATE to look up my orders and tell that I didn't receive my order, the LOGIN was incorrect, this is impossible it was saved in computer itself, nobody work on this computer but me, I tried to reset it, go back to the website, again incorrect, every time they send me a message that my password was wrong, I was reseting it, then I got it, that my friends is a perfect scam!, I can't login in DHGATE even to complain about my password problems, not talking about my money for all the orders. actually about nothing. I still get the emails to review my order.
This is my review. I don't even know what to do about my stolen money. There is nothing you can do now.

Bought an electrics device for the first time since the price was very attractive. I never received my order and I never get a refund. Seller didn't answer for 1 year and customer service didn't help.And honestly looking with more attention on the website I believe they sale luxury replica which is not legal, so why this website is working ?Just to scam customers maybe?

ZERO customer service experience!!!
I purchased a $120 USD jacket, the zipper was broken, the logo was falling apart. Cheap material and extremely small sizes. You wait more than a month for the item to arrive, but they will give you only 7 days to return it. I couldn’t ship back my item because the seller wasn’t responding to me and I had a lot of questions on how the hell ship it back to cheap China. He wanted me to pay the shipping cost too. And I didn’t realized that, he made me wait the 7 days, so the case CLOSED.

I spoke with so many agents from DhGate, last one was “Lorie” she and nobody helped me at all. They get pay with our money and they do not help you.

I was after the seller several weeks, sending so many messages, emails, everything. The seller disappeared and the customer services weren’t actually doing ANYTHING about it. ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. This people disappear, Good luck! DHGATE DOES NOT GET INVOLVED.

I never knew that customers had to pay for the shipping cost when they receive a broken item.

And DHGate won’t pay you shipping cost! Cheap China! I purchased so many things here, spent a lot of money and thanks to this seller, whose name is “JINDAN37” i will never buy here again. Such a nightmare and stressed. Not because of the money only, but because of the experience. And the feeling of being abused.

So pissed do not order from them ever and please share so no one you know gets ripped off...I think they might be doing this on purpose I found so many complaints on the same kinda of issues as mine....shame on dhgate we are in a pandemic definitely not a time to rip people off...order number 3260684515...I just want my money back... i have talked to customer service representative since November 4 ...provided prof of all my conversations I am tired but I am going to make sure everyone and everyone they know and even people I don't know about this few times a day I will not go away until I am refunded my money my right to voice my opinion..

Worst experience!!! My order never arrived and i pay for express shipping , TOTAL SCAM!! The seller never answered my messages After i pay my order ..
When i asked for a tracking number after a month of waiting and the seller never answer me or post the tracking number my order was never sent! Store goes by designer luxury handbags or cheap_fellow_shoes

Order #3261019019 on October 15th placed a order with Dhgate, was delayed saying what ordered wasn't in stock and that the seller would send it on November 3rd, and now was sent a FedEx tracking number that Fedex says doesn't exist total scam will be calling my bank to dispute this charge BEWARE before you buy from here.

I am not a happy customer. I placed an order of 53 resin ornments with seller earlybirdno1. 4 weeks later got them and loved them. Immediately placed a 2nd and 3rd order of 100 each again with earlybirdno1. I just went to my first order and clicked order again. You would think I would get the same thing I got on my first order. Wrong!!! The material was not resin it was cheap plastic and the paint was chipping off of them. I have gone back and forth with the seller and he isnt willing to give me a full refund. He offered me $50 of the $385 I paid him. He keeps telling me if I want resin then I should place another order. The picture in the advertisement is resin and the description said resin. I filed for a full refund but it doesn't allow you to explain why you want your money back. The seller needs to make it right and send me what I paid for 200 resin pandemic christmas ornaments.

This website sucks, they don’t take PayPal to scam you out your money. It takes 90 days for any delivery to show up by that time you can’t even return anything. You can never talk to a real person and theses foreigners can’t understand proper English. I received damaged goods they didn’t want to help me the kept telling me to talk to the seller. The seller ignored me the whole time. Don’t buy from these people you will regret it. Trust me I purchased some motorcycle faring and they cane broken in the box 364$ down the drain my credit card is on the case to get my money back. Please avoid dealing with DHgates

The website connect really bad suppliers in China. They have as expected long time of production and shipment, which also don't respect. At the time of expiring this process (which falsely they report you have received the items), if you proceed opening a dispute they claim they are issuing a refund (which will never arrive). They also have dead links, no possible contacts, except the facebook page. Overall definitely a scam.

Hi,Just want to say how awesome this company is, I recently ordered a wedding dress and the fit was perfect, the seller is honest, communicate well ,and go above and beyond, I do admit was a little skeptical about ordering a wedding dress on line but was very happy l did the service is awesome and i will definitely be ordering from this company again. ZERO COMMUNICATION!! SELLER WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS- I received my dress on August 7, 2020. The dress is very well made but not what was pictured. I am so disappointed....the bodice is not as pictured. It can't lay correctly because there is too much fabric. It should not be lined with fabric. You can not move in the dress there is no give at all. I can not wear it.I have sent and communicated with your customer service. You need to communicate with me to resolve this. I want to send the unusable dress back and get a full refund. A partial refund is unacceptable.
