Cheated. I have the feeling of being cheated. I made my first and last order in DHgate. Items never arrived. Fortunately, I never make big orders on sites I don't know, so the loss hasn't been too big, but these people will never have my money again. It was only three keychains, and they were cheap, but the worst thing has been to be waiting for something that will never reach me. Never again.

DHGATE JUST PRETEND
I had exactly the same experience as Kenny. They ignore what you say as if you hadn't said it. They are criminal and should be shut down. Descriptions are opposite to goods. One item I ordered should have been 16kg but when arrived was one kg. Nothing short of theft. Do not deal with them.

Dh gate and seller are fraudulent
I bought 2phones form dh gate and seller said if phones is not working there is guarantee to send it back. Within few day the phone start problems and stopped working. I message the seller last month seller didn't replied. Sent messages , video, proof of the phones to dh gate they said they will get in touch with seller up to now nothing. I reviewed and dh gate customer services said I should get in touch they will sort it out. I email dh gate customer services again . Dg gate said there is nothing they can do . I paid £230.00 with my credit cards, dh gate said they will send 10.00 coupon to me when I said I will never use the site. To add salt to the injury dg gate closed the case that they haven't resolved. And they said there is nothing they can do I should get in touch with the seller. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DH GATE AND SELLER THEY ARE FRAUDULENT
