Great service

Great service. Gillian knew exactly what she was talking about and answered all my questions . Slight hiccup in that my account went active today but my modem won't arrive until tomorrow so I am without internet. Not ideal when you work frim home.

Excellent service from a great company

I have been with Digiweb for a year now. Their customer support has always been helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The fibre broadband has been almost bulletproof, but even then any minor issues have been understood and fixed quickly by their great tech support.Today I upgraded my router to a gaming one supplied by Digiweb online. Delivery was quick, and Karl got me switched over to the new router in less than 20 minutes. I greatly appreciate his help as he guided me through the setup perfectly first time and he knew the system inside and out.

I had an excellent experience with Digiweb while moving my broadband service. I called Digiweb three times and each time Maurice was so patient,kind and attentive. He explained what I need to do step by step. I feel comfortable and no pressure as a customer, thank you Maurice, you are a loverly person!
