Rebecca went above and beyond for me, as my property doesn't have its own postal address nor a unique eircode, so getting a premises ID generated for the property was a chore to say the very least. She never gave up, always kept me updated, and ensured that service could be given to my apartment. I could not be happier, and would recommend the service to anyone that needs reliable broadband with exceptionally helpful customer service and tech support.

Many thanks to Karl for resolving a compatibility issue between the WiFi 6 router settings and an older Roku stick. He identified the solution (change to the WiFi settings) and possible next steps, e.g. upgrading to a newer Roku stick. I appreciated his professionalism and straightforward guidance and support.
