Same as many. Fooled into thinking I was getting a good deal. No order confirmation or delivery details & no reply to emails. Ordered on 3rd Dec so not as long as others but now I've read the reviews I'll be seeking the money back from my bank and reporting the company to trading standards. Awful at this time of year & in the current financial climate.

Ordered something, paid for it, heard nothing since. Delivery date came and went. E-mails bouncing back for both supplied e-mail addresses. They blocked me on Facebook when I sent them a message there. Clearly a scam, hopefully the bank can salvage my money back. Frustrated with myself more than anything to be honest, who even gets scammed any more these days?

Same as everyone else, purchased an item. Never arrived and no response to emails when chasing up. Then get a bounce back email saying its an invalid email address!

I ordered two items from Discount Headphones at the same time. One was sent out very quickly. I was very impressed. But the second after three weeks has still not been shipped. Even though they still have it on their site as I stock. I had a response to my first messages saying they would chase up distribution. But no response since then. This was a birthday not Christmas gift and not quite sure what to do now.

So, I have used discount headphones for a little while and have been more than happy with their service - however - they have not shipped any of my orders since 1st December!!! Emails have been ignored. Please someone get back to me, or cancel all pending orders.

Ordered a fitbit, received a confirmation email and then nothing since. Emails returned undelivered. Not sure on next step for me but DO NOT buy anything from this company.

My airwrap and AirPods were due to be delivered by yesterday. The tracking suggests the order had not yet been fulfilled! Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.
This company is committing criminal offences of multiple frauds. I am a criminal barrister and will be making a report to the police next week if no products and am hopeful that the cyber division will be able to locate the source of this criminal activity. These are offences punishable with imprisonment.

They are scammers do not buy from this company believe what others are saying about this company.

This company is a scam,they don't answer emails,I'm still waiting for my air pods and the courier company has no record of it,its impossible to contact them.

I would have give these scammers a zero star rating if I could. Placed an order fo a Christmas gift - no notification of despatch and no goods received. Emails just bounce and there's no telephone contact number.

SCAM**AVOID**. Like others, I ordered via the website. Received email confirmation with an expected delivery date. This date came and passed. 2 weeks later attempted to contact them via email and their "send us a message" option. Email bounced back and no contact.

Avoid purchasing anything from this retailer.

Do not use. Emails bounce back even though they continue to send marketing emails. No update on order a week after expected delivery date. Took bank dispute to get refund. Frauds.

Order should have been here today yes a £299 order told me it’s been delivered and it’s hasn’t tried getting in contact to respond!!!! I can’t tell you how angry n upset I am especially with the cost of living right now, I DO NOT AND I REPAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered white ghd Straighteners said 1-2 days express.no refund has went to my account shocking i will be taking this further.

I purchased a set of headphones from these guys. The tracking status never changed in a week so I contacted them on live chat who said there was a delay with shipments. I then started reading reviews of this company. After emailing them and questioning their address of Woodland Farm they told me they trade from an industrial estate in Cannock Scotland and they would get the address changed. After ten days of still no product I asked for a refund which has been processed. I would be wary but pleased I got my refund. I was scammed this time last year by another company so am always cautious.
