Scammers! Avoid. I bought a Dyson hair dryer. When I saw the box I knew it was fake. I tried to use the serial number to register it on the Dyson website for warranty but it said ‘invalid number’. I informed the company and they said I would have to return it at my expensive and they would return it. I have still not heard back from them. I was able to get a refund through my credit card company. Stay away. They are scammers! Even their website and email addresses don’t work. The return form is just a web URL… I had to email several different email addresses and most of them were not getting delivered.

Sold me a counterfeit Apple Pencil 2. Verified counterfeit by a visit to an Apple Store.

Ignored chat function on their website, and emails are returned undeliverable.

Got an instant refund from PayPal which means they are on PayPals watch list of crooked sellers.

Why didn't i read these reviews first. The most pathetic company, no communication, ordered a fitbit watch as a gift then after days of waiting for a response they just cancelled. Stay away.

Returned the AirPods Pro, worth £59.99 within 14 days. They have taken the money and not refunded back. Very bad service and dishonest.!

Fake counterfeit Dyson hairdryer! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!
I had to call Dyson as the on/off switch kept popping and tripping my lights. They told me this model was originally sold in 2018, that they hadn’t refurbished it. The advert for a Dyson warranty was false on the website.
I sent my Dyson hairdryer back to Dyson for an inspection and today they have sent me an email confirming it’s counterfeit. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE GOODS SELLING SITE
I’m not sure why trading standards haven’t shut it down!!

I placed two orders one arrived one did not no response to emails and had to get refund from bank on second order. My first order the case keeps falling off earpod and it is not responding to touch control both earpods have been messaging them for over a week now via the support email on there website but the email keeps coming back undelivered this company may be legit but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy from this website. Emailed twice to ask how to return a Dyson order - no idea if it was a genuine Dyson but wasn't impressed. No response so found returns process on website (they ask you to inform them first but then don't reply). Returned less than a week later and paid special delivery. Received at the return address and signed for on 01 Nov. No response, no email. Have chased again for refund but have now had to raise with the bank. Regardless of whether this website is legit or not (have ordered headphones before with no issues), if you don't provide a contact number, you need to reply to emails! Avoid as not worth the hassle.

I have had to raise a dispute with my bank, fake dyson hair dryer and they havent provided a refund. Sometimes they message back, sometimes they don't.

My order hasn't been sent to me. I asked a refund. But I haven't received a reply for five months. I am afraid of this website is a scammer system. I lost my £50...

Apple products are fake as confirmed in the Apple store with advisor, no answers to emails or calls for refunds. Reclaimed through credit card.

Bought Apple Airpods package in May. One set (my sons) stopped working in July (the others can be flaky but they mainly work and accept a refurb isn’t perfect). It took multiple emails and calls to get a response for exchange under their warranty - they’ve now had them since Sept (proof of postage) and can’t get a response again. Only use if you’re happy throwing money away if something goes wrong! DG if you’ve got no intention of replacing then don’t offer a warranty .. pretty sure that’s false advertising !!!

My daughter saved up for some earbuds, finally got them, but within a month they stopped working, I have sent many emails to try and resolve this issue as they are under warranty, but had jo communication what so ever, she now feels very let down ......

Ordered AirPods in 2022 July, have sent about 12 emails since ordering. Have not had one response or the AirPods, bunch of cowboys. It’s now Oct 2022. Thought it was little too good to be true wiry price hmm should’ve listened to my mind. Scammers!!!!

Ordered an Apple Pencil and not received. Emailed 4 times (both addresses) and no response. No phone number available. How do I get my product?

I ordered the headphones in July, got a confirmation email, they took my money and had no response or contact from them since, although I have tried 3 times to use their contact process. Now passed on to credit card company for refund !

I bought 2 pairs of headphones in May 16928/200522/71 1 pair worked fine 1 pair didn't work at all it took me weeks to get hold of anyone to return them. I have proof of return I have called the number many many times no one ever answers. I have sent over 20 emails, I email every week, again no one answers. So they have basically stolen £60 off me. It has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had

The Apple ear pods I ordered were delivered quickly in the correct packaging, however after a month of them being in use they now won’t charge. I have emailed and called but no one answers or responds.
Very disappointed
