Absolutely awful ordered so called “AirPods” received cheap knock offs sent back to be refunded and got no payment back.emailed 5 times with no response. TOTAL SCAM AVOID!!!

Ordered Dyson hairdryer,never arrived.total scam,£179.00.stay clear of this company,gave me contact number of the RAC breakdown,for inquiries.scamers,scammers.

I made some assumptions When I ordered some headphones on this site.
1) the headphones were replicas
2) the company was UK based
3) I would actually receive something….

So, I ordered early august as I assumed this was a UK based company (their address is a farm in Staffs) thinking I would receive the item before end of August.
I’ve had successful replica purchases from DH gate previously (for half the price might I add) but this time I didn’t have the luxury of waiting for my item to come through China mail as these were for wearing on a plane journey.

Obviously you’ve sensed from my review- I’ve still not had anything. Or a reply to 3 emails asking if the order has been dispatched.

So now my assumptions have changed, either this is an overseas company with a bought/fake UK address and the item has been sent but is stuck with shipping delays or perhaps in customs. Or- and I favour this one (considering there is an old Shpock page with this address listed as a ‘collection address’ for some headphones with a pic on it of the chap) it’s just a big fat scam.

When I ordered I checked the reviews, all glowing with the odd grumble. Thought I would risk it. Thought people just truly believed they were getting genuine headphones for £35, not expecting reps. But now, well, the warning about fake reviews all over the trust pilot page says a lot doesn’t it…

I ordered airpods 2 which is not working within month I emailed them many time no reply, I tried to find number there is no number for calling them.

I bought some headphones as a birthday present 2 months before the birthday when opened would not work tried on 2 phones could not get a refund offered a replacement item so returned headphones trying to get a replacement ordered sent countless emails no reply so have my money and returned item scammed out of £40

Do not use this company, purposely misleading to make it look they’re selling cheap Apple products when in fact they’re selling cheap Chinese knock offs.

AVOID, thought I was buying Airpods Pro, I clicked on an ad and I was actually buying Air Buds Pro. The order arrived in Airpods Pro packaging and the product is identical to the genuine one... problem only comes about when I brought it up with the company. They immediately told me I had made a mistake, then threatened me with the court if I made a card chargeback. JUST AVOID, scumbags! Very dodgy and dishonest. I am looking to get a full refund. How do people like this survive??? Sales were extremely unprofessional, lots of mention of legal action for defamatory reviews etc, hope the all have long miserable lives.

Placed order in July and order still has not arrived. No response to any contact I have made either. Have now taken this matter further.

Complete joke! Placed an order on 31/7/22 (26894/310722/41) and following 4 unanswered emails I’m still without the item! This Company is illegal and immoral! It soon took my money and by the looks of the other reviews had no intention of ever sending me the item I’d purchased! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I will now raise a claim with the bank and also lodge a complaint with Trading Standards who I’m sure will be in touch very soon given the scammer’s identity has been revealed.

DO NOT use this company as my order has never arrived!!! I placed my order for a Wylera Dreamstyler on 9th June 2022 & after several emails & telephone calls (No answer so left messages) with no response my item has never arrived. I am now going to have to take further action through my bank

Dyson airwrap that I purchased was faulty, contacted customer service 3 times within the last 3 weeks to request an exchange however, all have gone unanswered. Very frustrating as I just receive automated response.

Headphones faulty. Returned with tracking. No refund or exchange received. Contacted several times with no response. Avoid at all costs unless you want to give away your money!

On the 27th of July, I ordered an Apple pen but never received it. I wrote 3 or 4 emails but they never came back to me. It is a scam!

Do not recommend at all. My parcel come and the box was completely battered. I raised my concern and they said they were going to send a replacement and they never and now they are ignoring my emails of complaint. Very very poor customer service

Wonder if they will ever give people the money back form the multiple fake business’ they run?

Ordered headphones last week, not on my account for tracking emailed the company 4 times with no reply, the reviews here have made me doubt I will ever receive them.

Lots of fake reviews by owner make sure everyone who has been scammed reports them to trading standards and keep flagging the fake reviews! Also changed their name on here check out discount headphones too for more people they scammed!

Lol to your reply I have emailed numerous times and given my order number I bought some air pod not pods! everyone as they are fake. Sent them back recorded delivery as they didn’t work and you refuse to give me a refund!
And you can totally tell your positive reviews are fake each one just has one review hmm not dodgy at all!! Especially the profile photos from Google! Noone is from a competitor company they are genuine people who want their refunds back. Send mine and I will gladly take down my reviews.

Looked on Trustpilot before ordering and all looked ok so went ahead and ordered.....no email, no delivery, nothing. looked on Trustpilot again only to find all the positive reviews had been removed as they were fake and only negative ones remained saying the company was a scam. I'm not a competitor (as they've been saying with previous negative reviews), I'm a customer that has cancelled her order due to not receiving the goods, surprise surprise I've not received a refund yet either, or any communication. A month later.

I ordered earpods in mid November 2021. At the beginning of June 2022 I emailed them to say one was not working. Immediately I received a response from them with instructions on how to return them. I returned them at my own expense and on 25 June emailed to checked if they had been received. Since then, despite many phone call messages and emails, I have heard nothing back. I call within office hours but only receive their telephone message. Despite leaving many messages, there has been no response.
This is shameful behaviour from a company which is clearly still trading. I have followed their instructions and now I have no earpods, no replacement and no refund.
I would not recommend doing business with this merchant at all.

I placed an order on 25th July from discount headphones. I still on 26th August not received the item. No one has contacted me or responded to my request for information on my order
