I haven't recieved the product I ordered on the 8th August yet... it is a total scam. I emailed to complain and haven't had a response.

I ordered beats earbuds and once I’d paid I heard nothing, I’m now going threw visa to try get refund, absolutely disgusting

Purchased a used Apple Pencil 2 for £69.99 online over a month ago. All I have received is an order confirmation and nothing else. Several emails and calls have resulted in no reply. I am now dealing with VISA to try and get my money back. Do not purchase from this organisation, they are not trustworthy.

Scam company wrote a previous review then was told to send evidence to trust pilot I did I ordered on 01/08/2022 paid for next day shipping and still no product asked for a refund numerous times and sent so many emails they just get ignored will be reporting to trading standards and the police. Had one email back and whoever replied was very rude!!

I ordered some AirPods a few months ago. They arrived within the given timeframe put proceeded to have connectivity issues. I emailed to explain I’d like an exchange, they sent me the details on how. I sent them back via recorded delivery and I have never heard from them again, though I know they received them. I have called. I have emailed. Nothing. So, now I’m without both AirPods and a chunk of money. I will utilising citizens advice and will be driving down to their warehouse at some point in the future to demand an explanation, but I can’t tell anyone anymore than PLEASE. Do not use this company. I’d give them less than 1 star if I could.

My order (Apple Pencil 2) never arrived

Ordered the item mid-July, the status of the order changed to 'Dispatched', however upon checking with the carrier, I found out the shop never sent this order out.

The team does not respond to the numerous emails I sent and I could never reach them on their phone number.

This is a genuine scam, please avoid!

The air buds they sent to me in January were faulty so I emailed them in March explaining. They didn’t respond to me for months. Finally I got a response from them in May and sent them back. They said replacement airbuds would be with me that week. I still haven’t received them despite many emails and attempts to call them.

I have placed an £150 order on 24/07, nearly a month later I still haven’t received them. In fact, order status is still pending. So far, I have sent 4 enquiries about my order and all I have received is the automated reply that my query was received and they will respond within 2 working days, however I had no answer from them. Stay away, they are thief and scammers.

Appalling company, I ordered a dyson hairdryer back in may and they couldn’t full-fill this order so it was cancelled - I am still awaiting a refund so no product and no money back. No one contacts you, no one answers the phone or responds to messages or emails left. I will be reporting this company it’s appalling- DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered from a headphone company working from the same address. Apple airpods didn't work after 6 weeks, replaced and same happened again. Returned and no contact at all . Can't even find website. Avoid at all costs.

i bought the hairdryer here and it’s been weeks and haven’t received it yet. been trying to email them multiple times but no response. they used to have a contact number b it it’s gone now. well the number was useless cause no one is answering and would just say their office is closed, open monday to friday and closes at 5pm.. i even phoned around 10am and 1pm but noone. now im trying to get my money back from my back.

Total SCAM!! I have all the proof and evidence I need and police are invoked anyone else who has also been scammed please search my name on Facebook and you will see a public post with all the proof and you can share and let’s take this crook down !!!

Stinking customer service shocking how many people have been scammed how’s the owner not jailed by now??
Will be funny when the police catch him. Mr DCH don’t drop the soap.there’s a Facebook page with him and his family on its quite a shame that even his family are being dragged down by this rat of a guy.
Update: still not received anything stop flagging my review to trustpilot if you don’t want your personal details posted don’t con people. Your wife looks ‘semi’ high maintenance maybe that’s why you’re needing other peoples money 😂😂

On 2nd august I bought AirPods, I received 3 confirmation emails.. thought it was a bit strange so emailed to confirm everything was okay, got no response!

I actually bought these as a surprise for a friend because she’s been telling me non stop she’s tempted to get some AirPods but can’t afford it and she doesn’t spend any money on herself! Turns out after I’d bought her the AirPods I found out they are the wrong ones! She wanted the AirPods without the rubber tips!

I tried calling and went through to a VM so left a message then tried again and got automated closed message even though it was their opening times! So I emailed to cancel and explained the situation. I then purchased the correct ones through a TRUSTED site.

After not getting a phone call back or email to confirm I obviously kept trying with no luck! So looked back on reviews and notices some say the same that’s when I realised something might be wrong. Googled the company and trust pilot came up… my heart sank and felt such a idiot!!

Please be aware this is a SCAM, they got me good!!

I’m STILL contacting them (they’ve now taken their number off the website!!) for a refund. I’m literally scraping by and cannot afford to lose £48.96. I know it may not sound much to some people but it’s a LOT to me! My 4 year old starts school next month and I can barely afford his uniform!

I know it’s my fault for buying them and I feel like an absolute fool but was trying to do something nice even if I wasn’t able to afford it myself! Now I’m extremely out of pocket. Can you please just be decent human being and give me my money back?

Returned an item and still waiting for a refund 5 weeks later. No response from multiple emails, and number just goes through to an answering machine all times of the day. £399 out of pocket and lots of stressed caused, hoping the bank can resolve.

I ordered on 11/06 Dyson air wrap and it is now 14/08 and item not received and no refund. £399.99! I had one email in the beginning when I contacted them about delivery date… and I have emailed several times since and no response, other than their automated reply. I have advised them in my latest email that I shall be alerting Trading Standards. I do not trust any of the recent “positive” reviews. Very suspicious.

I placed an order on 25/07 (order no 25938/250722/59) for some reconditioned AirPod headphones. I have emailed numerous times asking for updates as the order is still showing as pending. As they were a gift and the birthday has passed I have asked for refund and surprise surprise there has been no reply to that either. I’m left with no choice but to take this up with my bank as this is clearly a fraudulent company.

It would also seem they are not AirPods as advertised either.

Please don’t be fooled by the 5* reviews….they are fake. This company does not provide any form of customer service or transparent advertising.

14/08/22 - strangely after posting a review and making a claim with my bank I got a response from the company advising a refund has been issued. I asked why it took me posting a negative review to respond but obviously got no response! I also asked if they thought that advertising something as AirPod Pro (after checking with Apple their TM is AirPods Pro) was a little deceiving….again no response!

Same experience as everyone else here, paid for the product but no delivery and no response to emails. I've recovered my money via my bank, i'd encourage others to try that route

I ordered AirPod pro from them 3weeks ago and paid for express delivery and till now no delivery no communication nor reply to my emails. Please avoid this scam and their scam and fake reviews because it’s a network of fraud. I feel very disgusted that this people have the heart to scam honest people of their hard earned money. Avoid them please because they will take your money and feel good About it.
