Awful, ordered JBL Bluetooth speaker for my daughter, money departed my account 2 weeks ago but no speaker and no communication to my request for updates or a refund.

Placed an order and received a confirmation e-mail immediately. Order never arrived, so sent a chasing e-mail and got another auto-response advising customer services would get to me soon. Following that I did get a reply telling me that once my order was ready to be sent I would be informed. Surprise surprise, nothing further and no response to any further chasers.

DO NOT USE THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY AS IT APPEARS IT’S ANOTHER SCAM.

Changing your title on here won’t stop people leaving bad reviews!! Changing your business strategy will though. Why not actually send your customers what they order instead of cheap knockoffs or nothing at all?!
Question, how are people able to leave new good reviews if they can’t see which company it’s for?! And who is up writing reviews for you at 4 and 5am? Suspicious much?
Still not had any further response from you since you threatened to come to my home. Be assured that I would inform the police immediately if you ever dared.

I’ve received my refund from my bank and purchased brand new genuine AirPods from a reputable company. I hope to see you shut down soon.

Very Useless and waste of time company, it amazing how they respond to some reviews here but ignore customers calls and emails. This whole company+ it staff and it’s ceo need to be binned. This peopel’s number rang once and since then it’s been straight to voicemail. I have emailed severally. Well I don’t have time to waste when it comes to spending my own money. If you do see this… I reported a fraud case to my bank today and as-well filled a charge back form. I emailed them to cancel my and refund me 😂😂😂 but got no response as usual. What a joke of a company. Stay clear!!!

Three things to avoid in life. No phone number to contact, dozen emails sent without reply. You'll end up making a claim to your bank. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered on the 18t July and heard nothing since!!! Tried emailing only to get automated response 3 times and consistently get answering message when I phone. DO NOT BUY from this company. I have now make a claim on my credit card and have one very upset daughter who spent her hard earned savings and got nothing for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order over a month ago and nothing. Have tried to contact by email and phone and have not had any response and no order.

Purchased AirPod Pro’s from this site, arrived in good time etc.

Within a few months they stopped working and was told to return them for an exchange. It’s been over a month since I returned them and haven’t heard a thing!

Ignored my multiple calls and emails. They now have my money & also my AirPods.

The business has deleted my discount headphones account without permission to prevent me locating order details - I assume this is to prevent me authenticating my trust pilot review & submitting claims to trading standards

Ordered HomePod mini and paid for fast delivery. Website looks legit. Nothing arrived. No response to email, and phone goes to voicemail. Conclusion - this is a scam site. Look on Trustpilot at the contrast between all the people who have been ripped off compared to the fake positive ads, and bear in mind a customer can only challenge two positive reviews that look fake, whereas the company can post an infinite number of fake positive reviews. Doesn’t seem right does it Trustpilot?

Took my money straight away but 2 weeks later no product.
Do not order from this company they are scammers!

I ordered some airbuds two weeks ago with my credit card being charged straight away. To date I have not received any goods. I have called Multiple times and get a voice mail and have filled in their contract form three times and no one has responded. I would recommend that you do not use these people and steer clear.

To pre-empt the sellers response - it doesn't matter if it doesn't "mention the brand name" on the website, trying to pass off cheap imitations as genuine "refurbished" branded products is illegal and IMMORAL! No refunds either - I had to get one through the bank.

I also doubt the legitimacy of the positive reviews here. Having seen the knock offs first hand, I can't believe this many people think what they received is genuine...

I purchased from this company in good faith,no replies for dispatch or delivery dates/times,they took the money and I believe they’ve scammed me,DONT BUY FROM THESE,I’ll gladly take this review down if they do the honest thing

If only this company replied to your emails as quick as they replied to negative reviews then service would be great. Still not received my order over a week later and no one will reply to my emails

Ordered on 27th July still not received. Emailed numerous times and even called within office working hours but states their closed. I have opened up a case with my bank to recover the money back spent. Avoid at all costs!!!

Bought a item from them for £299.99 and it wasn't working trying to contact then no answer emails same do not buy anything from them

As MANY others have said, an order was placed, payment has been taken, but so far no item and emails are ignored and phones are not answered. I like to think of myself as internet shopping savy, but I'm afraid to say that I've been taken for a ride with this company, and I'd say there's a good chance it's a scam. I'd love to believe otherwise, and if the company contact me, I'll happily take this review down, but I fear I may have been scammed here. AVOID!
EDIT: Still no reply, and still no headphones. Looking at all the five star reviews, I find it suspicious that all of these "satisfied" customers have only one review (the one they're leaving for this site (check it out, you'll see what I mean). Going to have to see if I can charge back for the item that has never arrived. I will also be contacting trading standards. My partner, who is a solicitor is also looking into the legal position for me, and I will update others who have also been scammed out of money here.

Scam. No item received . No response to emails . Do not order .

Sadly I too have been scammed. No headphones, no response to an email, no one to answer the phone, always on out of hours despite not being.

Where do we go from here? How can this 'business' be closed?? With every bad review I have notice a rush of good ones, posted in or around the same time. This is absolutely NOT a legitimate business
