I wrote a review on here 2 weeks ago that my order just hadn’t turned up, and how upset I was that this company just won’t answer the phone, or reply to any emails. Well guess what,…. I still hadn’t got my order!!! And still haven’t had any return call or absolutely NO correspondence from them. DIABOLICAL. this company must be a scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have basically stolen my money. It’s now been over 4 weeks since I ordered an item that was a 3 day delivery time with absolutely no explanation, call or email from them. Gobsmacked that they are allowed to trade still. All I want is a refund!!

Having the same experience of this company as many 9f the reviews I placed an order with express delivery and Iv has no update on the delivery status or that its even been shipped nothing since they took my money iv email them with no response. Gutted🤦‍♀️

Ordered a apple pen , nothing came , there’s no phone number to query anything and when you send a mail you get an automated reply , the good reviews must be by themselves. When you look into the site is clear to see it’s a scam , I had my doubts after I made a purchase and after checking I was clear to see I may as well put my money down the toilet

Absolute clowns, suggest you steer well clear. Sent me a set of faulty, clearly fake headphones and ignored all communications afterwards. Returned the item 2 weeks ago by recorded delivery and they still can't be bothered to deal with me.

In the process of going through Citizens Advice to try and get the issue resolved.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've ordered an item from here a week ago for Samsung buds2 and had an email confirmation but since then no email about delivery. I also then emailed them back on the same email as they only have a number witch doesn't look like it's from the UK/Free and there address is a bit wired. Hoping I'll get a reply with will help this issue. Thanks

FRAUD! SCAM! Stay away from them. I have opened a Merchant Dispute via Barclays to try to get my money back. The product never arrived, no order number on the confirmation email, no response despite 100s of emails and calls to the customer service contacts.

This is a scam and I will be going to the Guardian paper and the UK consumer rights watchdog. Report them! Involve your bank to get your money back and shut them down.

I’ve managed to get their address and I’m getting a crew together to get our money back.

Do not buy from this site,Worst customer service ever,I had faulty headphones and sent them back,no sign of any replacement and I cannot get any response from them. Do not waste your money

Plz don't order with this company all these five star reviews are fake ordered a dash cam last month still not here and no communication with company at all no replies nothing .......since they've replied on here since my rating why can't they email me over my order , quick enough to reply here ,.!!

Led to believe they were refurbished Apple AirPods but guess what, their product is AirPod - NOT AirPods - with an 's'. Even the photo looks like its straight off the Apple site. Misleading customers complete sham.

It’s now been over three weeks and my order is STILL ‘pending’. Have tried contacting them many times but they just ignore. I’m assuming all the 5 star reviews are as fake as their website. AVOID!!

I eventually received a reply informing me that my email had been passed to their dispatch team to find out what the delay with my order is. That was 3 days ago and despite me emailing for further updates I’ve had radio silence from them since. I have now asked for a refund on my order as the headphones were purchased as gifts and would now arrive too late to use. I have a feeling though that this request will also be ignored and I’ll have to resort to other measures to claim my money back.

Ordered two pairs of headphones as gifts and after taking my money they have yet to process my order. Have tried contacting them via email and phone and have had zero response. Alarm bells are now ringing as after reading all the other negative reviews I fear they are not a legitimate company. Just wish I had read the reviews before I went ahead and ordered.

Ordered on 7th June. 1st August still no headphones. Scam outfit do not buy. I have emailed and phoned numerous times. Spoke to Paul on 23rd June said another pair would be posted out. Lies! I even paid for quick delivery. A disgraceful way to treat the public. Emails and phone calls not responded to. Currently following advice from consumer services and solicitor.

I ordered a dyson airwrap, i received the wrong item, 2 weeks later and after sending 2 emails regarding a replacement, i can see now from this company's reviews that they are a website who does this, how they are still allowed to take peoples money? i dont know! i am using my bank to get a refund now, as i cant risk sending them back for them to just 'go missing' as reading the reviews getting a refund seems as unlikely as getting the thing you ordered in the first place……***** follow up , company replied on here within hours , not a solution though ..but still no reply to my email of 2 weeks ago ????!!!!!!!*****

Purchased hair straighteners on the 11/7/22 still not recieved this item, emailed Discount headphones for two weeks only to receive automated reply...this has been so frustrating as i can't find any telephone number etc...i will now report to consumer advice and try to get a refund through my credit card...would not recommend this company ever!! Found a telephone number rings for a while then clicks into automated service asking for your name and number then says they will get back to you! Also there is no order number on the reciept i recieved by email! Which at first i did not notice when i checked the confirmation of my order..this review is not fake! I am angry and detest scammers...and don't want you to get ripped off!!

Important heads up for this website! I have received my headphones as promised. And as promised to the person who rang me after I have posted a bad review (saying I was going to delete the review once I received the Airpods) I did receive them and I did get a very weird message when trying to access their website from my normal computer/laptop. You can access the website via your mobile ( I originally did the purchase from it) and it works well.

I will now try to do an exchange as it looks like the Airpods do not charge properly but need to see first that they definitely do not charge

All in all YES trust the website as they do deliver their products on time and good condition

Tracking number 0006272 - headphones haven't been delivered for 7 days. May people had the same experience based on the response below. If resolved promptly will delete this review, if not - make a chargeback and report to authorities.

Upd: received a call from customer service couple of hours after this review, agent assured me the order will be within 1-2 working days.

Upd2: 2 working days, nothing has been delivered.

Upd3: After another week of waiting, another attempt to contact the seller (no response) and the courier (no response), initiated a chargeback via my bank.

i ordered some air pods from you for my sons birthday - i paid extra for fast shipping and they still haven't arrived. i've called numverous time and left messages- no response- ive sent 3 emails- no response. i haven't recieved even a tracking number for these? i'm a single parent and saved up for these for my sons birthday to say i'm upset is an understatement. can you please let me know what's happening?
