My Displate got damaged during…

My Displate got damaged during transport. I emailed customer support and attached photos of the damage. They sent me a new displate without me having to return the damaged product. I've been a customer for many years but this is the first time having to deal with support. I'm obviously very happy with the support!

Top notch customer service

My first parcel was lost in transit through FedEx, and Displate handled everything amazingly on their end. Finally got my replacement package today through DHL. I have nothing but good things to say about this customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service — No Questions Asked Replacement

Ordered two metal posters and they arrived damaged during shipping. Contacted Displate's customer service and they replaced both items immediately — no hassle, no pushback, no lengthy back-and-forth. That kind of effortless resolution is rare these days. The posters themselves look great on the wall, but honestly, the customer service alone earns the 5 stars. Will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Responsive, professional, and kind. My displate arrived sooner than expected. When I discovered it was bent in several areas, I reached out to support right away. They immediately addressed it and issued a replacement at no cost without me having to ask. My replacement arrived within a few days intact. Thank you so much!

Great product, returns a bit slow

Accepted return without postage receipt which was appreciated. Excellent quality product but communication a little slow & return costs expensive - but positive outcome in the end.

Amazing customer service

When I received my first Displate, I noticed an issue with it. I contacted the team and they not only rectified the problem so no one else would be affected, but they also sent me out a corrected one free of charge. Natalia in particular was absolutely brilliant - Displate have made themselves a solid customer here going forwards!

Great customer service

I ordered replacement magnets because I needed to move my art around. My order was shipped right away and then FedEx lost it. I reached out to Displate and they investigated it and was able to ship me a replacement quickly. FedEx didn't lose it the second time. :D

Great product & support

I've ordered 10+ Displates so far and every one has showed up fast and was beautiful. The single issue I did have with an order, support went above and beyond to resolve the issue which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend!

Had issues but they were professionally dealt with

First item came damaged, customer service immediately replaced it after I got ahold of them. Next quality wasn't good on final product from image I choose issue not the print quality. They removed the bad image and gave a full refund without asking me to return either issued item.
