Placed an order worth almost £200 at 7pm and paid extra for next day delivery which the cut off time is 10pm. It still hasn't been shipped yet and it's 11:00pm now so I'm assuming that I won't be getting my items tomorrow so I'll have to send them back as I wanted them for my honeymoon:( happily will be proven wrong and update my review if they do show up tomorrow, shouldn't be so surprising as that is what I've paid for...

Unacceptable refund policy Withholding money due to closed account / Discrimination against international customers (RMA: YKGWPGM)
I returned an item (Maura Tailored Double Layered Blazer Dress, RMA: YKGWPGM) well on time and in pristine condition. Disturbia confirmed that the return arrived safely at their warehouse.
However, I have been waiting over a month and a half for my refund. My original bank account was closed — a situation that frequently happens if you are an international student or an immigrant relocating and changing banking providers. At the moment, I am basically being discriminated against as a non-EU resident who had to transition bank accounts.
Despite providing full proof of purchase, order receipts, and my new active SEPA IBAN details multiple times since July 3rd, customer service (initially offering store credit, which violates consumer rights) insisted they can only refund the original payment method. They claim they are waiting for funds to "bounce back", basically locking my money indefinitely behind automated system limitations.
Holding a customer's money when the goods have been returned in perfect condition is unacceptable and breaches basic consumer rights. Simply discriminatory and unacceptable.
UPD: in your reply you state that “during our contact with yourself, we have advised that we have refunded you back to your original payment method as requested when you made the return” however, I contacted you long before the parcel even arrived back to your warehouse! And gave my new bank details well in advance stating that there is no contact with the old bank account anymore! It’s all in our email, the dates clearly show it! Why did you send it back to the original payment AFTER my messages in the first place? You wouldn’t have to wait for any “bounce back” now if you simply paid attention to what your customer has asked you about.

We understand your frustration with the delay in receiving your refund, especially given the circumstances of your bank account transition.
We acknowledge that you returned the item in pristine condition and that its arrival at our warehouse was confirmed.
We are actively looking into your case, particularly the challenges presented by the original payment method no longer being active, i will however state that during our contact with yourself, we have advised that we have refunded you back to your original payment method as requested when you made the return. You have then closed your account with that payment provider, but we have refunded it successfully before you did so. We have then been advised from our accounts team that the payment has not been received back with us from your banking provider.
We must wait for this money to be returned to us from your payment provider before we can look into refunding you again manually to a different account.

I can mend the damage and I understand if that was something that happened after multiple wears but it is annoying that it happened so early on. Strongly recommend investing in a bit more QA staffing in order to ensure the quality of the clothes being made.

Buy a black dress at ThredUp for a quarter of the price
Everything was shipped and packaged well and the dress was pretty, but the fabric was of very poor quality. It was more what you would expect from a Halloween costume. If it had been a dress that I thrifted for a couple of dollars I would not have been so disappointed, but I could have gotten a much better dress at ThredUp for a quarter of the price. So sad.

My items arrived very quickly. One of the dresses I ordered was too big on me. The exchange process was so simple! It took less than 10 minutes to set up an exchange. The second it was scanned by USPS a new order was started for the exchange. The exchange item shipped immediately and will be here in 3 days. Super impressive!
