I never received my items...
I never received my items...It has been 2 1/2 weeks, and the tracking shows shipping label was created but never started tracking. Customer service says I have to wait 21 days for any action. These dresses were for my father's funeral, which has come and gone. I just want my money back.

Quick delivery, lower quality
The order was processed quickly and shipped to me very smoothly with no problems, but the items I received were poorer quality than I expected. One of the items had a hole ripped in the seam, and the other one was different than I thought it looked in the picture. Overall not a terrible experience, just disappointed to receive lower quality items than expected.

Made 2 recent purchases, first for a dress and second some accessories. Both times the items were available in the size I needed, two had generous reductions in price. Dispatch and delivery was quick and trouble free. I'd bought the dress in 2 sizes and returned one, this was also a very straightforward process and a refund minus shipping costs was quickly issued.
