This business has gone into ADMINISTRATION (confirmed by themselves), contact your CC provider, Bank, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, whoever processed the transaction for advice on how to get your money back. Search DLSB on social media there is a group supporting those who are trying to get their money back, you won't find DLSB themselves as they've vanished from socials!
They sent me an item that had been worn…
They sent me an item that had been worn (stank of BO and had had the labels removed). Sent the items back at the end of August and STILL haven't had a refund. They're ignoring all my emails- at what point have they just stolen my money??

Returned some items in September
Returned some items in September, still waiting on my refund of over £100! Despite sending them several emails, to date I have received no response nor received my money back. Awful customer service!
A bit pricey for what it is
A bit pricey for what it is. Poor quality. And take forever to receive a refund. It’s taken two months so far and their response is it will take as long as it takes. I will not be ordering from them again!
Avoid them
I’ve been waiting over two months for a refund for the dress I returned.
I’ve sent countless emails to their customer care team that are not helpful.
Avoid buying anything from them if you’re in any doubt that you might return it.

Avoid at all costs. Items seem bad quality well the ones I received did. Returned begging of October and still waiting for refund. Only generic messages are being sent from them in reply to my emails. Stopped replying all together on messenger and they delete my comments on Facebook posts! So frustrating the owe me £89.
No customer service !
Emails go ignored and you can’t contact them any other way, they have blocked comments and messaging on social media. I was sent someone else’s order so I’m thinking of selling it on Vinted as it looks like I’ll be waiting an age for a refund if other reviews are anything to go by. Shocking company ! They need more staff to sort this shambles.
Avoid if your expecting a refund
Ordered a couple of dresses for an occasion back in August, I returned them and had an email stating that they have received the dresses and will take up to 28 days for a refund, that was 2nd of September.... I am still waiting for my refund! Their customer services are non existence! I have contacted them numerous of times and still have the same automated reply "we are experiencing high volume" ect 🥱 I will never order from this joke of a company again!
Poor quality items, ignore consumer rights
Ordered a dress at the end of August. Colours weren’t as pictured, material was cheap. I returned it straight away and was emailed on the 2nd of September confirming they received the item. Its now the 13th of November and i still haven’t received my refund. Iv been fobbed off with generic emails, asked to wait 21 days, returns are busier than normal (which says alot) Won’t be buying again
Cheap quality, no refund for returns
Dress arrived cheap quality, single lined thin material with visible elastic. Sent back for refund. Return received by company 4th October 2024 and still no refund by 13th November. Would not recommend!

Absolute sham of a company. Returned 2 dresses mid September and still no refund. £80 is a lot of money to loose

Ordered a couple of dresses for the first time. Living dresses just didn’t suit me. Returned them within a few days, return received on 21st sep and I’m still waiting on my refund almost 8 weeks later. I would have been a repeat customer had I not experience the poor customer service. After doing some research it appears almost everyone that has returned anything is still waiting. I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared to wait or ensure you order via credit/paypal. It’s a lengthy process trying to claim your money back. I will continue to leave bad reviews and comment on posts until I get my money back.
