Return received beginning of October - no refund issued.

Company now ceased trading - website deactivated so not expecting refund. £45 loss

Been waiting since September for a refund to get an email to say ceased trading ???

sent item back beginning of October for a refund £70 emailed numerous time !! no joy very disappointed with the customer service !!

Sent £120 worth of stuff back, and sitting on £166 worth of stuff to send back, and now they have ceased trading, that is £286 down the loo. I am so upset, so close to Christmas, and I was only bulk ordering to find a dress for my birthday. I never even thought to look on trust pilot as I have used this company before and had no issues. How can companies get away with this!!

Ordered a dress in September which didn't fit so sent it back right away, received an email saying they had received the item and could take 21 days for refund and still NO refund, NO emails responses and no contact at all.
To then go on the website and be told they have ceased trading and to contact my bank for refund its absolutely shocking.

Returned an item for refund and after a lot of chasing have had a response to say they’ve ceased trading and to raise the claim through my bank. Really poor given they still seem to have an active webpage and app!! Please be aware!

I have been waiting for a refund for nearly two months only to find out this company has now ceased trading. I have tried to contact PayPal to get the money refunded from them, yet they have favoured with the seller! I am so angry, down £120 and nothing to show for it. The woman who owns this company should be ashamed of herself

Ordered a coat back in September. Was miles too big so sent it back. Received an email confirming receipt of the coat. Waited for refund....still waiting...emails ignored etc. Went on website today and they have ceased trading. Absolute robbers.
So now no coat and £88 down. Not a huge amount to some but hard a month before Christmas when every penny counts and you have kids. Don't know how she sleeps at night scamming people out of their hard earned money. Wishing eternal thrush to her and all involved in this scummy little business.

Over 7 weeks now still no refund. Just tried to email them again and email came back saying DLSB has ceased to trade please revert back to your card provider for refund

Update-Just had an email so say they have ceased trading!
Waiting for a refund which i will never see, an absolute disgrace, and they are still advertising !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve ordered quite a lot of clothing from this site and returned just a few. I’ve been happy up until now. I’m still waiting for a refund on an item which they received back on Oct 5th. I’ve sent 3 emails so far and still haven’t received my refund. It’s a shame because this was my new favourite site. They’ve lost my custom now. Dreadful response team, really disappointing

This company owe me £180 and have ceased trading. Contacted my bank for a refund so hoping they'll be able to. Really awful from DLSB, they must have known they were going under and have stolen peoples money, disgusting.

What an absolute shame this company lets itself down with their returns!
A friend recommended them to me so I ordered 3 dresses (one in 2 sizes and you never know how a sizes will come up when ordering from somewhere new!)
I loved the dresses and returned the one that was the incorrect size (sizing if good fyi), which they received on 10th September and still haven’t refunded me!!
I have reported them to trading standards as what they are doing with no issuing refunds is ILLEGAL! But still no refund despite telling them I had reported them, just generic emails telling me it has been ‘escalated’
Such a shame as I thought I’d found a new site to order nice dresses at a good price from but never again will I order from them and wish I’d checked the reviews first!
I can only imagine the company is in financial difficulty and are holding on to people’s money for the interest which is an absolutely disgusting way to operate!

I had ordered a jacket in October, due to being to big l Sent it back, advised of the return and they said would be after 21 days, after several emails about my refund l have now received a reply saying they cease to trade to now contact payment, which on advise from PayPal l am now not covered for a refund as after 30 days, l have been totally scammed grrrrr

I refunded some dresses months ago, I am due over £50 refund and although I have sent many emails I am still waiting for my fund and response, I am now getting legal advice on next steps and will escalate to avoid this happening to anyone else! **DO NOT BUY FROM THEM**

They received my return on the 11th September, it’s now 16th November and still no refund
Iv emailed a few times, Iv had replies off them, but they’re usually 4-6 days after sending the email. And they’re generic which I have realised from reading other reviews. About how they have a backlog and short staff yadder yadder yadder
I sent another email on the 6th November, for another update on my return and as of yet have heard nothing it’s the 16th November
But yet they send me promotional emails
I’m so glad it’s only to the value of £40, don’t get me wrong I could do with that £40. I feel for people Iv read reviews about that have spent loads more
Will not be buying anything off them ever again
Just hope people see these reviews before buying off them

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I returned my clothing back in August and received confirmation that they received my package on 10th Sep. I still have not received my refund of £198. Sent numerous emails to only receive automated responses and now being ignored! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! feel completely robbed by this awful company.

Been waiting 10 weeks for my refund, to which it's been a very painful process to get any answer from them, I had a social media message literally this week saying they've escalated the refund, I chase it up this morning, and they've CEASED TRADING!!!!! There goes my refund!!!! Absolutely awful.

Applied for a refund back in September after ordering 2 dresses, 1 which I kept, still haven’t received a refund and today I went into my account on DLSB and it comes up ceased trading…so looks like I’m down £40……
Do not order from this company as it looks like the website is still up and running but u will never get your money back. Absolutely shocking service!!!!

I’d give this zero if I could. Been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. Fed up of chasing & being ghosted so raised a case with Resolver & they have come back to say DLSB have ceased trading & to go to my bank for a refund. However, I can see both DLSB’s website & app are still live & they are still showing as active on companies house so a little confused. Don’t bother buying from here if you’re thinking about it. You’ll end up out of pocket like the rest of us.
