Still waiting on my refund from 9th October!! Joke of a company, employ more staff and concentrate on returning your customers money rather than profitting from the interest kept in your bank. I will never order from these cowboys again!!

Will never purchase from again.
Order was late, returned instantly without even opening the bag and two months later I am still waiting on an update on my return.
I have emailed several times and got generic pre made responses providing no information and my last two emails have been completely ignored.

Do not recommend and will never purchase again.

Sent refund back still waiting 5 weeks later will never order from this site again!

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Takes WEEKS to get a refund. The clothes are very overpriced, all different cheap brands and the quality is bad.

Dlsb received my return on 9th September, after being fed with lies lies and more lies I’ve now seen on the website it says ceased to trade , any information on what I do to claim my money back id be grateful.. many thanks

I’ve been waiting for a refund since mid September and have been chasing non stop …. I’ve just received an email advising the company has ceased to trade!!

Like others I am still waiting on a refund and as they don't have a telephone number I can't speak to them. They send an automated email which is no use to anyone. I paid via PayPal and they won't help until April 2025! I'll never buy anything from this company ever again, they're a sham!

Use this company few times in the past but never had any problems. Returned £134 worth of items on 9th September and still waiting for a refund. Got an email on 30 September stating they had the return but refunds take 21 working days. Emailed them after 26 working days and still haven’t had a reply!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Returns policy is poor - Website says do not contact chasing until 21 working days have elapsed. Waited his time period to find the company has ceased trading. Email back from DLSB to say contact your bank - I paid via Paypal so raised a case which has been closed immediately as I raised it 30 days after the goods were delivered - Now out of pocket!

I returned items on 9th September and received a generic email confirming that the company had received the returned items however over 2 MONTHS LATER I still haven't received a refund.

I have emailed them a few times but only received replies fobbing me off and stating that they are a small company and how busy they are!

I foolishly placed another order with them which I received within a few days so there's obviously no issues dealing with new orders!

I am now paying interest on goods that I don't have...absolutely appalling way to treat customers!

I am owed over £200!

UPDATE

I tried emailing again and received a generic email that DLSB have CEASED TRADING

I contacted PayPal Credit who state that they can't do anything as it's over 30 days!

Awful returns service takes ages however as previously stated they obviously have staff and find time to market their products!!! Seriously not good enough and this is ruining their reputation as their clothing is very good

Never buy from this company. They have stolen my money and countless others. never received my refund, returned item in August and now in November; doubt I ever will see it. This company needs investigating and shut down. It’s nothing more than blatant theft.

Returned 3 items ignored my emails and still no refund avoid this place!!

I will never order again from them I’m still waiting for my refund which they received on September 9th they do not respond to emails. I cannot find a contact number either.

Nice products and quick delivery however Still waiting for my refund after returning 6 weeks ago. Automated response stating high volume of orders and returns. Poor customer service.

Update-Just had an email so say they have ceased trading!

I returned an item which they received back on 25th September. Despite numerous emails I have still not received my refund. This is just not acceptable and their excuses are pathetic!! I will definitely not use DLSB ever again!

Been waiting over a month for a refund. Contacted them had an automated email with refund process and to allow 21 days.. 3 days later contact them again to receive a reply that they have ceased trading..

They received my return on the 8th October still no refund and not responding to my emails 😡😡😡😡

Automated response saying this! Fuming!
