Shocking customer services - avoid
Shocking customer services. Waiting over 9 weeks for a refund. Endless emails ignored, when you contact on social media, comments deleted. Please do not buy from these as I have since found out they are withholding money from so many people. Yet actively promoting new sales and orders! Scammers and totally immoral. Citizens advise bureau noticed so hopefully they cannot carry on with such devious and unauthorised business attempts.
42 WORKING DAYS and no REFUND
DSLB emailed me on 06/09 advising me they had received my refund totaling £190 and advising me it can take upto 21 working days, I’m now on 42 working days over 66 days since they actually received my return and are still waiting!!!!
I have emailed countless times and receive the same email, on the last three occasions I haven’t heard anything back!!

DLSB received my returned goods on 23rd Sep 2024 (returned due to very poor quality for the price!) It is now 12th Nov 2024 and I still have not received my refund of £133.97 clearly reading these other reviews, this company is burying their head in the sand. I have raised disputes with PayPal, Resolver and the consumer ombudsman. I was emailing DLSB and receiving the same generic response. Now they have stopped responding altogether. I comment on their socials, asking where is my refund and they simply delete all the comments like mine…!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I returned 3 dresses I bought that didn't fit me and they said they had received my returns 19 September and it would take up to 21 Days. that should be 7th October ...
I waited for the 21 days, and have since written 7 emails to them asking where my refund is and they haven't replied . there is no customer service number to call. I have never come across such terrible customer care. And I still haven't received my refund. I have never been treated so badly .

Nice clothes. But quality has changed and there's terrible refund rate
Its now over 2 months since I placed an order and requested to return it. It was much poorer quality than previous items I had from them. As a comparison, a similar refund I requested from ASOS was done within 2 weeks of sale.
I've emailed DLSB twice but had replies about bearing with the "small team" trying to do refunds. Yet in the same period, I've had countless marketing emails and seen promoted ads on my social media feeds. So there is clearly budget for sales and marketing- taking your money- but no budget to pay for staff to sort out the return of your money. The basis for successful of online sales is very much rooted in a good returns policy and maintaining quality. I have bought two items before which I love and are good quality. I've also returned items before and these were handled well. However, given it seems quality and customer service is now at the bottom of their list, its unlikely I'll order from them again.
Please could you expediate this return immediately
Returns is an absolute nightmare
Returns is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a few dresses for an upcoming event, kept 1 and returned 2. I have now been waiting 10 weeks for a refund! Still no sign of my money. I have emailed the company several times and the same generic response is given. It's incredibly misleading that on their website it says returns can take up to 21 working days.... I have now been waiting 39 working days. It's a shame as the clothing is actually lovely but had I known I'd be out of pocket of nearly £90 for this long I would not have ordered. I'm now going to go down the route of charging back through my bank as I'm still none the wiser as to when this refund may be returned.

Same as everyone else with bad experience. Return sent end of August. Received by them early September. Countless emails, was a response at first but now I'm being ignored.
Have raised a dispute with Clearpay and I'm still waiting for my refund months later.
The clothes are okay quality. The prints are gorgeous but the quality isn't great. Will never order from them again.

Website says 14-21 days from receiving the return you should get a refund…. This is a lie and when you email to ask, they feed you a copy and paste email response of nonsense. Which they done a couple of times (sometimes just ignoring my emails)

The company also deletes any negative company on their page… but they can’t delete angry emojis on their posts and there’s a lot of those
Just a warning, because I know many people do what I do and order a few different options for events and sizes.
Scammers, fraudulent company
Where shall I start, ordered 2 dresses and 1 belt. Kept 1 dress returned the rest. Return was 18th Sept 2024. I've emailed and messaged on FB messager several times, only to get the same automated emails. Still NO refund. So I've contacted my bank to start a charge back. I'm also advising everyone who had experienced, this to do the same. Also, to report to the police as this is classed as fraud. Next, report to the ombudsman, so they can start an investigation into this scamming company. Next contact the HMRC to report they will also investigate. I don't see why this Shellie Cutting shold get away with steeling mine or anyone else's money. Who does she think she is doing this ? It's disgusting behaviour. If your reading this Shellie you should be ashamed of yourself self . If we all stick together and report this company will be suspended till further investigation . So come on ladies we need to stick together ❤️

Retuned an item and received evidence of this return on 28th August and they STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME! I am being fobbed off on email and on instagram stories I am absolutely furious that a company can take your money and refuse to refund you and fob you off. I’ll be going to trading standards and citizen advice about them and taking this further. They are THIEFS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Absolutely shocking company
Awful and frustrating experience.
Returned an unwanted item on 24th August and return was received by the company on the 27th August.Company states that could take up to 21 days to confirm the return - not the case as i waited well over a month for a confirmation. Emailed DLSB on the 25th September asking fro my refund. Email from DLSB on the 27th September stating that is a backlog with returns. Waited and emailed back on the 5th October - no answer until the 31st October confirming that a refund was issued and it will take 3 to 5 working days. Now is the 11th November an no refund was made ( look at all the dates since the item was returned). Absolutely Not Acceptable. Took this further and reported the company - Customer Rights Act 15.

Waiting for a £200 refund from September. When emailing customer care I am getting no response. I’ve been patient and left it the recommended 21 working days. Such as shame as lovely dresses but I will never shop with them. Am going to find out what next steps to take, whether it be the bank or trading standards. This is appalling customer service. Am very concerned that I will not get my money back at all.

I am still waiting for my refund. I sent back my parcel in September which DLSB received on the 27th September and it’s now 11th November which is appalling to have to wait this long for a refund. I got in contact with them which they told me it can take up to 21 days and they are running behind which I get but I’ve had no contact since and I have emailed them numerous times.

I ordered 3 dresses on the 28/08, all very nice however, they just didn’t suit me. I sent them back and they were received by the company on the 10/09. As the email they sent me suggested it can take upto 21 working days to receive refund. I emailed them after this time asking how much longer and only received automated responses. It has now been 44 working days and still nothing.
