Deborah was excellent. She's so knowledgeable and helpful. We were struggling to find seats which were compatible with our van. Deborah came to our house and let us try a few seats in our van. We love the car seat she recommended (Axkid minikid 4). She also came back out to our house and installed the seat for us which really filled us with confidence that the seat is safely installed. Would definitely recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

Deborah was super helpful in finding me a seat for my daughter, we needed to upgrade from her infant carrier. I had lots of questions which she was always happy to answer and gave me some great recommendations.

From our first enquiry right through to after delivery/fitting support Deborah was ever so helpful giving excellent advice on factors to consider when buying and then small tweaks to our install to make sure we had the best possible fit for our little girl. Having followed DMB for a while now I know they supply good quality products with safety as a focus. Now we’re approaching winter I was trying to find items that would be warm but remain safe in the car. I was thrilled to see DMB stocking a car poncho! Great customer service from start to finish including a text message to confirm the order and delivery details. Super happy with the item too, it’s absolutely perfect and it’s well designed and fabricated. My baby is safely harnessed and still snuggly warm in and out the car. Thank you so much! ☺️

Went to see Deborah today, this is the 2nd time she has fitted a car seat for us.
Everything was explained really well, demonstration of how to set up the seat and how it works.
Would highly recommend Deborah, very knowledgeable and great after sales service also.

I contacted Deborah looking for advice to ensure my baby was seated in his car seat correctly as well as info on upsizing. She messaged me back promptly & was more than happy to help. I was able to send her some photos & she explained on how he should be seated. I highly recommend DMB even if you’re just looking for any support as she is more than happy to help.

Exceptional advise and service. Lots of time taken to show as many car seats, that were appropriate to my child’s age and weight. Full explanation and installation shown for each individual one. Any questions I had, were all answered extremely well with informed and educated advise. I couldn’t have gone anywhere better. I will be coming here for any future car seats

We weren't quite happy with how our car seat was installed before and how our baby was positioned.
Deborah has lots of experience and knows exactly what she is doing. She made adjustments, explained everything well and helped us so that seat and baby are in a better position now.
We feel very reassured now and will come back when we need the next car seat.

Very happy with our car seat. Deborah was very helpful, especially fitting the seat and explaining all the safety features.

Bought the Britax Romer Max-Safe Pro when it was on offer on DMB car seats. Deborah contacted me to arrange a time for delivery & fitting. This seat was for my grandson so I asked my daughter-in-law to bring him over to ensure a good fit. Deborah showed me how to fit the car seat and ensured my grandson was comfortable in the seat. Then she checked my other car seat which was now going to be used for my new grandson. Even though this seat was not bought from DMB Deborah fitted all the inserts and ensured the baby was snug in the car seat. My daughter-in-law asked Deborah a question about her car seat and Deborah checked both her seats and adjusted one of them as it hadn’t been fitted properly. Neither of these seats were bought from DMB but Deborah is so passionate about car seat safety she was happy to check them over and adjust as necessary. I have no hesitation in recommending DMB car seats.
