I have to echo everyone else here. Although I am able to login to the website, I cannot update my company profile.
1. If I do a DUNS number lookup, I'm asked "my company" or "other company." If I say my company, nothing happens. But I can lookup my company as an "other" company.
2. If I click "update company profile," I get a screen that is supposed to verify my identity. But it wont let me enter my address. The street line goes red, with no explanation as to why, once you enter it.
3. I called the number on the top and as soon as the guy realized I wasn't going to buy anything, he hung up on me.
4. Eventually I got to a person who could help. Obviously outsourced to the Phillippines. He did not verify me, but took down all the stuff I wanted changed and created a "ticket" and gave me a number. He said sometime in the next 10+ days someone would call me to verify the data. Why not just verify it now? Why do I have two wait 10 days for a random phone call?

This company website is trash, I was trying to update my info for weeks all the website did was belch and fart yet never deliver the results. I made changes and it changed the information back to the old info. Finally I called the customer service line and was redirected to the Philippines. How is relaying calls to a foriegn country helpful with American business. Customer service was trying to be helpful, it was just a problem that had gone on waaay too long trying to update my info.

What a shit company!! No other way to put it I’m afraid, had a credit report completed on my company and lost a contract due to this. Stated my company would go bust in 12 months, what do they have a crystal ball, clairvoyant’s working for them?? When questioned how they get the info it’s from credit checks and companies house, well my company’s turnover has gone up 3 years in a row my credit is good and this is even shown in their own report but yet they still slander my company and will not change it stating their team of expert analysts blah blah,
I have tried for 2 months to resolve this and all I get is we are looking into it, we will call you back. Well I’m now taking legal action for loss of earnings.

The Canadian website will not even allow me to login. The customer service is useless. There needs to be an alternative to this company. Useless monopoly.

They are bancrupt and this is visible. Zero support, data leakage, no ISO standards... Dont with them!!!
My engagement with Dun & Bradstreet commenced approximately two years ago, primarily driven by the assertion that a D&B number was a prerequisite for an SBA loan application. Despite this extended period, the precise function and value proposition of this organization remain remarkably opaque. A particularly concerning experience involves one of my businesses, which has been essentially dormant since its inception. Nevertheless, Dun & Bradstreet's reporting indicated a decline in this entity's "Delinquency" and "Failure" scores. Frustratingly, their 'business credit report' offers no substantive information or clarification for these changes. This lack of transparency creates the distinct impression that the reporting mechanism serves more as a pretext to encourage subscription purchases from their extensive, and seemingly ever-expanding, portfolio of services.
Navigating the Dun & Bradstreet website has been an exercise in frustration. The user interface appears intentionally convoluted, seemingly designed not for user clarity, but rather to reinforce the necessity of their various paid offerings. The 'free' credit report provides virtually no actionable information; critical details pertaining to one's own company are deliberately obscured, thereby compelling users towards a paid subscription to access meaningful data. After two years, my experience with Dun & Bradstreet can only be characterized as a significant investment of time with no discernible return. The platform's utility has proven elusive,

horrible.. never sign up and give them your credit card information!
No manner to cancel online! Information is not valid and missing massive amounts of data.
They singe worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.
This is a horrible company to deal with. I have an account with Duns and a unique password and they have required that I take a pic of my drivers license and a pic of me and submit it to them. THEN they want me to through their website log into my bank account, yes password and username. They pass that to a 3rd party for further verification. It is terrible and the customer service is equally as bad. Stay away!
Forced to get a DUNS number now I get spam. I am forced to use their service in order to sign up for an Apple and Google developer account. I get spam emails that I've already unsubscribed for.
Tried to apply for a number online, but the site could not handle my domain name, saying it was invalid; it was not.
I tried to contact them via their website. Impossible unless you are already a customer. I contacted sales, they replied, and 3 weeks later, still waiting for a reply from support.
Google App Store requires a number from them, seriously pathetic choice of them.
Definitely the WORST organized company I have ever dealt with. They have really horrible customer support. Like a 5th grader could do better. If I am being very honest. They pull all your public business data and say they own your business information too. And when you call them to simply update your information they create multiple files with multiple duns numbers and mess your credit reporting up 10 ways from Saturday. This company needs to be shut down honestly. They can't do things correctly or accurately and they outsource overseas to people who barely speak English as it is and they are not trained properly at all.
Be careful
The Dubai entity seems for me a scam
Loosing client data and payment receipts
Changing fees from day to day
Using Apple connection to promote the scam

I asked the company to stop processing my data.
They AGREED.
Few weeks later - they are still processing my data.
DISHONEST
Worst company ever. How can people rely on them for information? I tried for one month to get a Duns number after paying for expedited service. They asked for more information and sent me a link that ONLY works if you put in your Duns number (ironic - that's what I'm trying to apply for). After emailing and calling for more support, they called to verify me and had the wrong company associated with me (a company I've never heard of). Then they changed my industry code, and I asked them to correct it. I finally get my number and see that it is completely wrong. I called to have them correct it, and I have to fill out a WHOLE new application and wait 15 days. After 6 calls, 3 hour-long chats, I still don't have the report I needed for a large contract due today. Their website sends you in loops and customer service just sends you there not knowing that it doesn't work. Their customer service is bad, their technology is bad and their website is bad.
Support representative could not speak or understand English. Then claims to have verified a telephone number that is disconnected and an address that is no longer valid either.
I’m trying to file a complaint and can’t even find a good number on the web. But you can find any and every number for sales😡. What I don’t like is they won’t tell you info about your own company and when someone places a negative review but you pay them then they tell you everything. Seems like such a scam! Does anyone have a customer service number for them?
ATTORNEY EDWARD F HOLODAK FROM PLANTATION AND FT LAUDERDALE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR LAST DEALINGS DUE TO MISINFORMATION, ARROGANCE, NOT WILL VERSED IN THE SUBMIT MATTER, AND FALSE DEALINGS. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY. BETTER STILL--RUN WHEN YOU SEE HIM COMING.
I wish I had checked TrustPilot reviews before signing up for their Plus service. I pay them $150/month for them to never accept any of my evidence showing proof of on-time payments, and who are now in fact dinging my business as being High Risk for reasons I am completely unaware of.
What an insane business model it is to prey on small businesses to make them believe paying this company for an extended business account will help build a positive business credit profile, just to make them jump through hoops trying to submit documentation correctly and then ruin their profile instead.
The company hard sells you their Concierge Service and then you barely hear a peep from them. They also promise improvements in the ratings but that never materializes.
