They are total scammers, these guys will ALWAYS register your company data wrongly and then ask you to pay them to fix the issue. This is their business plan. They will mess up the numbers or register the name incorrectly just so you can pay them. I don't understand why Google or Apple is still accepting their data as trusty. It's a SCAM
Not getting anywhere. Trying to simply get them to update the correct address on file as our company moved 7 years ago to a different province in Canada and they seem unable to make a simple update despite us uploading our current registration in the new province. Terrible service....
Very poor website, nothing seems to work. Trying to update the address of a non-US company is impossible. Google forces you to use this garbage, why do they do that.
This company has no understanding of how to provide a great service and at the same time still make money. Instead they are way behind on times and need to reformulate how they do business. I don't understand how anybody could be happy with their service. And their platform is not user friendly. It's almost like they try to create confusion. It's the same because the essentials to providing a good service are not available
I had already provided all the information that was requested on the separate verification app, as well as 5 office/ home photos, but was still rejected due to ‘no contact information’. I didn't have the option to put more personal information. In comparison, obtaining a UK company's DUNS number was not difficult and it was straightforward.
I’ve found more accurate information on used toilet paper and in an industry where accuracy is imperative it’s not a great start. Unprofessional, inaccurate, scammers. Hopefully the Government close them down under GDPR rules

Corrupt organization who prey's on desperate developer and organization's who need their number for google play console and apple appstore. They keep pushing their paid plans and go cold feet when they know we only need the number for free.
It looks like google and apple are in collusion with this org and making it super difficult for occasional developers to retain their accounts.
Scam company. Sends phishing emails asking you to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing will just confirm your email address to them which they will just sell on. Scam artists.
Persistent spam emails despite multiple unsubscribe attempts. Company completely ignores customer preferences and privacy choices. Cannot be trusted to respect basic email marketing regulations or customer consent. Avoid if possible.

Don’t give them any of your information. They will email you daily. Even after multiple attempts to unsubscribe from their emails. You’ll still continue to get them.
I needed DUNS number for my company in Vietnam to register in Google Developer Program. And getting DUNS is advertised as a free service. dnb.com directed me to dnbvietnam.com, their agent in Vietnam. After a week of registration and communication and receiving vague massages, finally they told me they do not support free DUNS. Before I message here, I went to dnb.com to raise my concern, but the support system asks me for the country and send the messages to Vietnam agent!!!

I have a business and none of supplier has ever reported to this company whether I am paying on time or not but D&B has a very bad score on my company on their website. When I called the support center the agent told that it is all assumption and I need ask my suppliers to report them if I am paying them on time or not. WTF if you don't any information from supplier my credit score should neutral ( no information to display) rather than very bad and I need to push my suppliers to come and use D&B to rate their client. PURE SCAM.
They are crooks. You have to subscribe to renew annually in order to receive a business credit report and they make it difficult to cancel the renewal. You have to call and then they have to make a ticket to call you back within 48 hours. It is intentionally complicated to prevent you from cancelling. If you use the chatbot for help, they send you a link and cutoff the chatbot assistance. It is so obvious that they developed a complicated process on purpose.
I think this might be the worst service I have ever experienced in 25 years of life. Everything, top down, is broken. They have the wrong information for my business, and I am trying to update it, but the website, login, DUNS number, business information, all of it is broken. Glitchy, and useless. Absolute crooks. Pathetic that this company is used as some type of industry standard. You should be ashamed of yourself.
the sales tactics are very sketchy
I began to receive SPAM on an email account where SPAM is virtually non-existent.
So like a switch, I went from no SPAM to maybe 10 emails per day.
I did some research and found D&B were responsible, and asked them to desist.
This has now dropped to 3-6 per day, and D&B have blocked me so I cannot contact them.
They take money to SPAM people - selling our details to third parties, and then don't take responsibility for their actions.
I wouldn't use them for anything - but I look forward to the compensation that is due.
