Received a damaged personal-care…
Received a damaged personal-care product through DoorDash. The shampoo arrived with a cracked cap and leaked throughout the bag, wasting a large portion of the product. I provided multiple clear photos showing the broken cap, leakage, and damaged condition, yet my refund request was denied.
What made the experience worse was having to contact support multiple times just to get someone to properly review the case. A leaking personal-care product should not be treated as acceptable delivery.

Door dash have driver's in Bakersfield and L.A with speeding tickets and 3 points . Ashli Alvarado aka George drinks and drives speeding and picks in her nose while doing deliveries she haves a musty smell every other delivery, she steals items so the customers can report it stolen and the customers doesn't get refunded she's been working for doordash 5 years she knows how to manipulate the system I've reported her 3 times nothing have been done about it

Extremely disappointed with DoorDash customer service. I received the wrong item in my order, with the missing item valued at around $38, and after reporting the issue I was only offered a $3.99 refund.
I understand mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was honestly unacceptable. I paid for specific items and did not receive what I ordered, yet customer support refused to provide a reasonable resolution or proper refund.
Very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect from such a large company. Customers should not be left out of pocket when the order delivered is incorrect.

I won't be using again
I won't be using again. Not sure what happened but at pickup, dasher had 2 deliveries ahead of mine, seemed to be at the mall for a good 20 minutes after the order was ready, then had another stop on the way, then to me. All in all, my subway (which they messed up as missed things I'd asked for) was cold by this point. No apology for it being late either, they seem to forget we can see the progress, and know how long its been sitting. I tipped in advance too hoping for a better service, obviously the tip means nothing.
Don't be lazy, go get it yourself.

I moved last October & using door dash is a nightmare always a mistake costing me over & over again weekly on the phone with them & now they say I broke their policy of refunds so no refund I’m red flagged!! They keep charging me for items not Rex’s etc. Last week the bag was full of red blood from the meat!! Plus food orders usually cold & one night they confirmed my order from a place around 8 I was expecting it & rec’d a message they were closed they were open until 3am!!! I am tired of calling them & don’t think they hire the right people nor do they satisfy their customers!! I am going out of my way NOT to use them anymore!! That’s not service!!! Customer service is very rude at times I.e. A few times they fought with me over charging me more for groceries when I had the receipt in my hand for less than they charged me!!! They tried to say there was additional receipts!!

I ordered my daughter a Mother’s Day basket of flowers . Orchids , Lillie’s , ect . The door dasher substituted this with a bouquet of red roses , that were wilting and sitting in cloudy Moldy water . I contacted them immediately requesting a refund . The customer service said it would take 3 hours to decide IF I could get a refund . They would contact me , they did not . I called again on Monday , I was told the same thing and again I have heard nothing . When I looked on my door dash account today it says refund was denied ! I am furious !! This order was wrong , the flowers were poor quality and sitting in moldy water . I WOULD NEVER send red roses to my child ! I most definitely would not send ANYTHING in this condition nor would I spend money on it !!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with DoorDash. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me, and it’s becoming unacceptable.
I placed an order and received incorrect items AND missing items, yet when I contacted support for a refund, they denied it even after I provided clear proof. What makes this even more frustrating is that even the driver acknowledged the pricing discrepancies and the issues with the order, but DoorDash still refused to make it right.
This has happened multiple times already — not just with restaurant orders, but even with grocery deliveries. Customers pay expensive service fees, delivery fees, tips, and inflated prices expecting convenience and reliability, only to end up losing money for items never received.
The worst part is feeling completely ignored by customer support despite providing evidence. Loyal customers should not have to repeatedly fight just to receive fair treatment for obvious mistakes.
At this point, I can no longer recommend DoorDash to anyone. Repeated incorrect orders, missing items, denied refunds despite proof, and poor customer service show a serious lack of accountability toward customers.
People work hard for their money. Customers should not have to accept paying for items they never received.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is not the first,but the last time this will happen. I had an order, paid express delivery, and the driver made other stops prior to delivering my order. My ETA changed multiple times and customer service was no use. The driver was not even the person I was told was delivering the order. This is a very unsafe practice.

We were having a very pleasant breakfast at Biscuit Belly, here in Charlotte, when a DoorDash delivery person entered the restaurant. She was carrying a DoorDash cooler and had "All out of F#cks" printed across her T-shirt. Disrespectful, crude, offensive and insensitive. I could not report this directly to DoorDash as they don't have contact info if you are not buying something. I did report it to the store manager. If this is how DoorDash is represented, than no thanks. I would not want that person handling my food since she is all out of f's she wouldn't have one to give.

I ordered on 5-4-26 from McDonalds. Dasher sent to wrong address. It was on my street, but different house based on the photo sent. I called and asked if the driver would go back and bring it to my house and that was a no. I wanted credit card refund and they did not do that. I was given credits of a much lower amount. I called 4 times with no result, so I made a complaint to the BBB.
