GDX Audio and Video Door Entry not works.
I have GDX Audio and Video Door Entry but it not works and it is not possible to find full user manual. I have no idea for what all the buttons is especially knobs on the right side. I no idea how to change the ringing volume. Nobody can visit me because i am unable hear the ring becauce it is very low. I tried contact the company on the website for help and user manual but the system only tells "Sorry, your request was unsuccessful".

Just to clarify, Door Entry Direct is a supplier of GDX systems, but we are not the manufacturer. You mentioned trying to contact a company through a website—could you let us know which site you used? If it was ours, we’d like to investigate and resolve the issue with the contact form as soon as possible.
