We ordered a program for VIDEX GSM modules. We received a program that is not intended for these modules.
The enclosed manual was for the correct program, but the program on the flash drive was different.
When we complained about the delivery, we were asked to send the type of module and program. We sent that. Since then, the store has not called.
We have unusable goods that we paid for.
