Absolutely awful customer service by OK Mobility. The car was old and badly damaged, got overcharged on insurance - do not use them, and on top of that, cannot get any reply from doyouspain.com despite many emails.
The service we got at the start of our holiday from OK Mobility was awful, and it's worse now from Doyouspain

DoYouSpain refuses to refund my money…
DoYouSpain refuses to refund my money after Europcar denied giving me the rental car at the counter due to a name mismatch. I have official written proof from Europcar that the car was never picked up and the service was denied. DoYouSpain is holding 100% of my money for a service they never delivered. I have already filed an official case with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and started a credit card chargeback. I demand a full refund immediately. bookingnr : PRE-213109494

When we went to pick up the car
When we went to pick up the car, they did not have the car that we booked. We were offered a smaller car plus The wanted €2000 from my credit card as an excess when I declined I was told I would get a refund but now they have changed her mind and refused the refund. This is as close to a scam as I have ever seen. Avoid at all cost.

These people are terrible
These people are terrible. I arrived at the airport later than expected. They had cancelled my booking. They would not refund my money. They are not a car rental company they are brokers. Customer service was non existent.

Be careful ! The rental conditions are completely hidden when you’re making a reservation and once it’s confirmed (and you’ve already paid) they’re saying you that you’ll have to pay more or even that you won’t be able to drive the car with of course no refund or possibility of editing the reservation.
