I booked a car for my travel to…Spain and was met with aggressive tactics by the Goldcar rental agent
I booked a car for my travel to Valencia Spain from my Home in Boston, USA. I chose the minimum insurance as I used my Capital One Visa credit card which has its own International car rental coverage. Last trip using your company I was met with very aggressive, and I believe dishonest and illegal tactics by an agent that worked for Goldcar which you represent on your site. This trip I will be bringing an official letter from Benefit Services as proof of my Capital One insurance coverage. If I am accosted again my a rental agent I will demand a complaint form to present to the proper Spanish authorities. Which may result in penalties and fines for the rental company. I hope my valid insurance is respected and I am not met with the same disrespect I got from a Goldvar agent on my last experience. If I am, it will be the last time I use your services.

I was mislead about the insurance
The booking of the car was great but I thought I had opted for the insurance with no stress but I am still required to leave a deposit which was not the option I had wanted to cancel and take the correct package out I wanted, can you help with this please.
