Upto now I’m only at the booking stage but it was very easy! Never hired a car before but DOYOUSPAIN has come highly recommend so I’m giving them ago!

The site was very easy to navigate and it felt comfortable.

I booked a car for 23.30 on 03.06.2026 arrived at counter 23.45 and it was closed. I was with my 9 year old grandson. Called offices were closed. Had to take a taxi. Called at 10am to pick up car and was informed that my booking was cancelled. And I would not get a refund either. They have six hour pick up policy. Which I was still on time as you cannot count the hours they were closed and I could not pick up. This is very dishonest and zero customer service.

I booked my car hire through DoYouSpain and also purchased their platinum insurance through their website. Unfortunately, after the rental company charged me for damage caused when the parked vehicle was hit during the night by a drunk driver, I have been unable to submit my insurance claim because the rental company has repeatedly failed to provide the damage report.

I have contacted the rental company several times without success. I then asked DoYouSpain for assistance, as the booking and insurance were arranged through their platform, but I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

Without the damage report, I cannot recover the money I have been charged. As a customer, I expected better support when problems arose with one of the companies they work with.

I hope DoYouSpain will intervene, obtain the damage report from the rental company, and help bring this matter to a fair conclusion. If the issue remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues to recover my losses.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved satisfactorily.

I mistakenly choose the wrong booking date, within an hour I tried rectifying the mistake, when trying to do so there was no way of being able to contact you or speak to someone. I have now lost my money ...

I won't be using this site again!
