Few parcels were not delivered but reported as “in the mailbox”, my mailbox is a tiny one not able to contain any parcel, barely a large but thin envelope and living in an apartment complex I guess those were “taken” by someone else. When the parcel is large the courier is not reaching my door despite there is a large parking space in front of my apartment (I am on the ground floor), I have to exit and go outside all around the building because he stays in the van after ringing the doorbells. In one occasione a rude courier literally dropped the box and left when saw me walking around but didn’t check my identity or if I was the recipient of the parcel
I reported to both the company and the sender but obviously nothing changed.
They also are not respecting the schedule, they keep sending emails saying the delivery will happen today and they don’t show up. Unprofessional company.

Precise tracking, package arrived in excellent condition and fast delivery time.

Good delivery

Firstly they said the delivery would be on the 23rd, did not arrive. Then they said it would be delivered on the 26th, not delivered. Now it is delivered, they say it is in my mailbox, it is not in my mailbox. It is on top of it, on the inside of the building. I came home finding the package on top of it, but it appears to be empty.

I have been stolen, it has not been delivered to my neighbours. Which made me believe the driver stole it.

They have very good drivers. Which call you that he brings you package and ask you where you want to have it when you are not at home.

1 star is far too much for this company. Even giving 0 stars would feel generous.

I ordered a fragile glass product from Amazon, and unfortunately the seller used this delivery company.

The package was simply left on the floor. The moment I picked it up, I could immediately tell the contents inside were completely and violently shattered. The box was full of countless tiny pieces of broken glass.

This is not the first time this company has handled deliveries this poorly. Please, Amazon sellers, stop working with them if you want your products to arrive intact.

Never on time in the Netherlands. Since Amazon started to use this delivery company, it's almost sure that they will run late. When I see my package will be delivered by them, I know that it won't meet with the promised delivery time, and feel frustrated. I wish Amazon would quit working with them.

Unreliable, unprofessional. Got several emails saying that they are delivering the package later that day. Last one at 22.22 hr at night, "we are still delivering your package today". Two days later, still didn't get anything, not even an explanation.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would like every delivery service in this country absolutely useless and full of unprofessional drivers who are more concerned with their stats than the customer

Delivery on time scheduled even on Saturday enening at 20:00 in the evening.

they threw the package from the street to the front door, which failed. They had to pick it up again and threw it at the front door for the 2nd time. She didn't ring the doorbell. They did not follow the delivery instructions. Worthless company, this is the 2nd time it has happened with DragonFly delivery drivers. My order arrived damaged.
