Marylyn has been fantastic - she clearly explained the titration process and what to expect and was very friendly and approachable as well as extremely knowledgeable. I felt in safe hands!

I’ve been with Dr J since a year now. I first had Adil as my consultant and we explored different medication routes and options. All throughout he was extremely patient, worked on an individual case basis and really tried to understand my needs and how to work around the medication. I’ve heard from friends with other practices that they were really rigid with titration e.g you can’t do x, can’t take breaks and Adil or my new consultant Marylin are the opposite. Upon being transferred to Marylin after Adil left she completely got my case, fully understood my needs and found the ideal medication path for me. Since a year the support has been incredible, they’ve both shared a lot of tips and options and just tried to improve my life with ADHD. I never felt judged or misunderstood and was always welcomed with care and warmth. From the diagnosis to titration the process was extremely smooth and quick. Would really recommend to anyone.

Very helpful and compassionate service with the individual's best interests in mind. The pre-assessment process was fine, my assessments were on time and carefully considered by Yann. I didn't feel pressured and I felt that Dr J's company really explored my condition with great clinical care. Following assessment, I was referred for titration. My experience with Ireti was incredibly life-changing. Being given the space to fully explore how my condition impacts me was really helpful in my day to day life. I felt able to see and document changes in my life in real time. The main thing I felt with Ireti was safe, which was important to me given medication was being considered. I found hope for the future, have begun to build better routines, and managed to navigate the world more safely through a neurodiverse lens. I felt like Ireti was authentic with her clients which helped me to build trust in Dr J's company and helped motivate me to continue through the adjustments I was making.

Marylyn has been very helpful. I appreciate her willingness to ask questions and solve problems with me.

Dr J and Colleagues have been fantastic from the start. Through each phase of the process they've been extremely helpful. The appointments with Marylyn have been really useful, not just for getting the correct medication dosage but also for discussing other elements of the disorder. I have looked forward to each appointment I've had with them.
The appointment process over all is great, very easy to find a time to meet that works.

She has consistently gone above and beyond for me, providing excellent care, considered follow-ups during titration and huge effort into arranging a Shared Care agreement with my GP. I’m so grateful for her care and attentiveness.

Be it luck or simply the standard, I seem to be receiving a great service and it has been that way since the initial contact made. My initial assessment with the Doctor was straightforward and I felt comfortable discussing my difficulties. The Clinician allocated to me (Amanda, an absolute credit to the practice) has been 100% engaged in our discussions, she actively listens to what I think and feel, but is also competent to direct and explain much of the reasons why the decisions through the titration process are being made. She is supportive, knowledgeable, professional and personable which is frankly rare to come by in my experience when dealing with medical professionals. Amanda thank you for what you have done and what you continue to do, to all the team at Dr J and Colleages I’m truly grateful I went with yourselves out the several options presented to me via my GP.
I am impressed with the service provided, and the improvements in my day to day after a few decades of undiagnosed difficulties and struggles feel incredible to finally be behind me.

I chose Dr J and colleagues for my diagnosis journey and I'm so glad I did! Everything was extremely quick, from referral to diagnosis it only took around 3 months! All the psychiatrists who took me through my assessment were kind and friendly and happy to answer any questions. They were also super efficient! I was then sent onto Amanda for titration who was absolutely lovely and so supportive. She's always happy to answer any questions and support you in any way possible, even replying to my emails with my hundreds of questions! She's such a happy and friendly person too which helps you to feel comfortable and relaxed :)
I've just reached the end of my titration and feel like I have a great plan and for the first time in my life I can juggle everything which I'd never have been able to do before.

My experience with Dr J and Colleagues was extremely positive. The process from start to finish was very smooth and Amanda helped me so much and made me feel very comfortable throughout my diagnosis and starting new medication. Good experience, very responsive and helpful. My assessor, Dr Khan was pleasant and shared good advice, but I would say that Amanda O'Brien as titration nurse has been immensely helpful in navigating my ADHD diagnosis and treatment.

She's highly responsive when I have questions, and took the time to really understand what would work best for me, so I felt like I was in great hands throughout.

Dr J and Colleagues was the best decision i made. Working with Amanda throughout the titration process made my journey so smooth, less stressful and she was very supportive offering guidance and advice throughout every appointment and via email. The 3 members of staff I spoke too were all super friendly, reassuring and highly professional which also added to the calmness of what can be a daunting time. Id highly recommend Dr J&C to undergo an adhd/autism diagnosis. I was diagnosed and medicated within the year and I could not be more grateful to have had such a smooth process from start to finish!

Fantastic and professional service. Very organised and planned. My main practitioner was Amanda who was so kind, calm and knowledgable. I felt like I was in good hands through out the whole process. I was offered multiple resources for further research and I feel able to reach back out to the service for further support if needed.

Marylyn is extremely kind and empathetic and I am so grateful for the time she has taken with me. I feel she has engaged with my situation and although our sessions are primarily re: medication, she was concerned to take time to talk more generally about how I am doing. I was diagnosed by Korser Khan and I cannot be more grateful for her care, concern and support during the diagnosis. I was pretty emotional and she was just lovely. The diagnosis was quick and clear and now its about me putting more things in place to support my ADHD while going through peri-menopause (which is breaking my brain already).

I would highly recommend this service - especially on the right to choose option.

They have been incredibly helpful in my recent ADHD diagnosis. It has been a struggle trying to balance medication in a way that works for me but they have consistently shown kindness and empathy as we work through different options. The titration pharmacist Marilyn Nathan Wilson has been so helpful. I felt really listened to and my anxieties heard. The difference that makes to an ADHD sufferer is IMMENSE. I came away feeling much happier ,calmer and reassured.

Dr J and Colleagues were fantastic from start to finish. I went via the Right to Choose pathway and they were always responsive, clear and timely. My assessment was carried out by Korser Khan and they were clear, kind and had excellent knowledge and experience. I was disganosed with Combined ADHD and I'm now waiting on the next appointment for Titration for medication.
