Please note that there are default quarterly transaction limits applied to Multi-Currency Accounts/Digital Bank Accounts offered by Dukascopy. The 4000 USD limit you mentioned was probably a default limit, which can be easily increased according to the client's needs.
The quarterly transaction limit can be increased based on proof of the client's regular income. There is also an option to preliminarily approve an out-of-limit transaction by explaining the nature of the transfer and providing documentation explaining the origin of these funds.
Regarding the business account, we are currently only accepting applications from entities that are active in the Fintech industry.

No tax assessment
So after a year of struggle with DC regarding using my money without my consent - they took over my transfer, held it for a month until my account been hit with margin call, and then refused to provide any financial documentation of what happened with my money in that period. In my opinion, if it isn`t Ponzi scheme than at least embezzlement of client money - but that's for authorities to decide.
Now I have noticed that they did not present my tax assessment for last year - which confirms my suspicions that ther`s some shady business behind.
Anyways, I have contacted Swiss FTA and Norwegian skattettat about my tax - I don`t wish to be involved in, what seem to be, criminal activity.

Excellent, very complete platform regardless of my trading style. I have used it for scalp and swing and I am very happy with it.
It is very clear and easy to use. They are 5 stars.
As for the bank, it fully meets my expectations, perhaps slow in the first deposit but fast in all other services such as withdrawals.
