Colour came out totally different. Instead of cream it's misty purple. Shame i can't attach picture. Wasted one time chance, as it was hard to paint structured wallpaper, which has been painted already in cream. Took me 3 days. Anyway, keep your receipt as I'm sure i could have returned it with such a significant difference in colour. I'm freak when it comes to colours, so I spent days on picking the right one. And yes, I've tried some samples, but in different colour and got this one in the end as it seemed perfect and safe. Now I have to look at it.

I always go to dulux as the most affordable but best quality paint - but to choose a variation of colours in the pre mixed paints is hard. Theres very limited variety in stores so I always get a mix of samples from the website to find my perfect shade - I then struggle to find where you can buy these shades! If you’re lucky you’ll find a 2.5 but for a large room that’s not enough so they encourage you to use the official dulux mixing machine.
When I say every time I mean every single time I’ve purchased from the official dulux mixing machine in my local hardware store the colour has always been not marginally off but massively. The entire colour ends up completely different, the undertones especially. I need warmth in my colours for my home so browns and creams and it always makes it cold and ashy or just too dark from green to blue.
I wouldn’t care but the paints you mix are expensive anyway! I’m in the middle of painting my kitchen, got the perfect colour of green ‘Jurassic stone’ went and got it mixed and it’s blue…..??? We always use the dulux owned paint to mix it into by the way so the tone in the paint can’t be the issue surely. The colour charts are just insane. Absolute waste of money!

I had a very frustrating time trying to get the lid off a can of Weathershield primer in the absence of any instructions on the tin. However, I was impressed with my customer service contact, who turned out to be very helpful and friendly, responding promptly and finding the answer for me.

I recently spoke to Heena about an order that I had placed that I needed quickly as did not realise next day delivery was not available on the website and I had taken a week off work to decorate. I called the Friday before BH and Heena kindly managed to get the paint despatched same day and I received on the following Tuesday which I thought was a fantastic service.
