DO NOT TRUST!!! Have been waiting now for 3 months for my first order NOT received, they will ignore any request for a refund, several emails also ignored, Action Fraud will be notified, TOTAL SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!

Beware first sends email to pay after that you will get email that it will be send or that its hold up at customs.
When you send email you will never hear them again.
The adress in email is fake and does not exist.
Also the name does not match with name of bank account.

All the below reviews are correct. Total scam please don't trust them. I know many will be looking after the recent rise in cost. But it will cost you, even more, to trust these guys. SCAM

I ordered cigarettes on the 28th February 2022. The parcel has never been received.
I contacted duty free king and was told in April that it could take up to 20 weeks by the same guy as others have spoken to-Leo. It has now been over 20 weeks. There’s still no sign of the parcel which on the tracking says it’s in Uzbekistan where it has shown as being since the beginning. Now every time I try and email the site gives an error message and every time I try to use the online chat it says no one is available. You leave your email so someone can get back to you- they never do.
The cigarettes cost 119 euros. Total waste of money and like others have said, just a scam.

Parcel never received. F**ing Scammers. I have ordered on 17.05.2022. There was no proper tracking details of the package given by these a***les. For few months the guy named LEO gave me some lame excuses. It’s been almost 4 months now and he is not even responding to my mails. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE PLEASE.

So am I right in believing what you have publically stated on here, If I send you the seizure note AGAIN, plus paying another delivery charge, I will be GUARANTEED that my cigarettes will be delivered; If that is the case and you can GUARANTEE delivery, please email me with the note that GUARANTEES me this will be the case, and not just another way to scam me and so many others out of hard earned money!

Ordered months ago not recieved pure scam the tracking number can’t be found scamming company and fake reviews only real ones are the folk that state they haven’t recieved there packages don’t waste your money you will not recieve anything

Please do not waste your money here.
After waiting for almost 4 months for an order, it was seized by customs.
The company are now not honouring their 1st order replacement as published on the web site, and not responding to any further communications. All in all an expensive mistake. Please don't do the same thing.

It's been 10 weeks and I still haven't received my Marlboro cigarettes that I paid £109 for! There has been no update on the tracking number either since the 24th December 2021. Now that thing called 'Leo' is not responding to my emails!! Disgraceful company stealing people's money and adding fake reviews to make them look like a genuine company. Hope they rot and it hits them where it hurts most! Can't wait for the police to catch them.

So after waiting and this guy Leo fooling me kidding on he sent my package which was ordered last year in the beginning of November he gave me a tracking number to which it now says expired so guys do not buy off this site it’s false believe all the negative comments as they are the only true comments on this site they are a joke now they can’t even answere back your emails as I asked for my money back no answere do not part with your money go look at my other review it tells the story..

Omg you are nothing but a scammer you should not be allowed to have a site you should be ashamed if trust pilot allowed to show documents of postage n tracking numbers then your site would be closed👊👊and you know fine well it’s not anywere in the U.K. just like the other comments I agree you are putting up false reviews to get ppl to buy off you ,you scammer I hope karma comes in ten foe with you😡😡

Omg this guy so at it I got the actual map of we’re my parcel is and it still sitting over in Uzbekistan…ok so how he going to explain this one as I now have him by the neck no getting out of it 😆 thank you parcel app see what happens when you actually try to find things out so as I stated NOT in the U.K. so it’s now gone 80 days I sent him where it sitting and proof so is he now going to offer me a full refund ?

So now I’m getting ignored as they know fine we’ll I haven’t received my package ordered 4th November 2021..Now 8th March 2022 people stay away they are scammers do not part with your money they keep saying same crap it been sent out it in customs you will receive letter if seized Royal Mail won’t get tracking info if it’s not released from customs Nonsense you lot just haven’t sent it you are the lowest of the low and I hope your company gets shut down as you taking peoples honest hard earned cash and you lot of …..are pocketing it👊👊😡😡😡😡

We should not make review for scam companies. They advertising that duty free cigarettes for your own use is absolutely legally. But is totally lies. They are untaxed and ilegal to import in UK.
All the details been forwarded to authorities. I should read the reviews here before to trust and pay.

Would give 0 stars if I could, complete and utter scam! Ordered €125 worth of cigarettes and never recieved them despite numerous complaints to an employee named Leo via email. They gave me a tracking number that didn't work, diverted the question every time I asked how long it would be and when I told them the tracking number didn't work, I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it and proceeded to ignore my emails when I told them I was going to report them as a scam to my bank after 8 MONTHS OF WAITING! Disgraceful people who should be ashamed of themselves

I’m overjoyed that I was able to obtain my Marlboro Touch. It’s my favourite cigarette, and I’m delighted I found it at Dutyfreeking. I’ve ordered three times from here and have had a positive overall experience. I strongly suggest it.

Well LEO, Here we are on the 21st December and still no sign of my order nor a valid tracking number. All I get from LEO are lies, more lies and downright criminal actions. My request for REFUND has been ignored.I don't know who wrote all the glowing reports but I would warn anyone thinking of using these people to think twice.

Placed an order on the 25th of last month. £108 bank transferred and have been trying to get any update on a tracking number or anything but have had zero response. Avoid buying from here obviously a scam. Horrible people hope karma bites you where it hurts.

Obviously, all the good reviews are from fake accounts with just a single review. the genuine reviewers tend to have multiple reviews for different companies. the genuine reviews are all negative

The shipping time to Europe is at the moment between 5-8 weeks. So your order is under processing I can see. Int tracking number you going to receive after the parcel past the export customs.
In case you have written a review under the pseudonym MORRIE it is advisable to delete that and write one after you received your parcel.
For customer requests please use the email address *********, not the contact form. To many spam, mails are coming in via the contact form and is not regular monitoring.

that is a good start , to have finally a response
to two issues here
1- they say shipment 5-8 weeks but on the website to Europe 14-18 days, that is a fault promise then
2- why do you provide a contact tool (contact form on the website) if it is not monitored. How can people reach and get updates?

I am still optimistic given this company had a good track in the old-time, will keep the update
