Truly can't tell if the reviews i've been reading are fake or if i've had a completely different experience. i ordered in september, my order was "shipped" on the 16th September. I then requested an update on the 26th Octobor as I hadn't heard anything at all and the tracking number was useless, they replied promptly to be fair although couldn't provide me with much information, it is now the 27th November and i'm still waiting, my hopes for arrival of my products is now little to none.

Trustpilot- please fight fake reviews.

I ordered in August and come October I’m still waiting for my order. Several emails have all been ignored. I have tracking info but it hasn’t changed since September and I check daily as well as Royal Mail.
This is terrible they take the money and then disappear

Update this arrived in the country but was delivered else where post office said it had a completely different address on it and said they have given me a different tracking number to make me think it was coming definitely a scam!! And still no response to any emails

Scammers, no contact after they get your money.

Ordered cigarettes in MAY. Received a confiscation letter from customs in August. Sent this to Duty Free King as they had previously emailed me to say if customs seized the cigarettes (which they claim happens less than 3% of the time) then I should send them a copy of the letter and they would arrange replacement or refund. A month later I still have got NO REPLY from Duty Free King. Over 4 months since I ordered. A waste of my hard earned money for NOTHING.

This is a fraudulent site. Please beware. I ordered cigarettes and after about 4 weeks received a letter from UK customs that the package is not legally permitted and they have held back. I wrote about 20 mails to Leo and he said that it happens sometimes and that I could order a "free" replacement which costs 29 Euros as "courier charges". When I grudgingly agreed as I had already paid them over a 100 Pounds upfront, he went silent. I sent some 14 reminders but he never responded. Please don't bother and look elsewhere.

Absolute cowboys! No reply to any of my queries for over a week now. Plain language is they're just thieves.

I received some, not all, of the the First Order I placed. Thinking they were trustworthy, I then placed a large Order which amounted to a month's Wages. Unfortunately, none of these were despatched except one. I don't know why.
In the long run, they've done me a favour as I had to stop Smoking !

The Tracking Orders WERE NOT from this Order. I did not receive any Tracking Orders as they didn't post them.

Made an order on 14th of July, customer service email came in after 4-5 chase ups.
Update on this. Got the order on 16th of Aug
It will take a long~~~~ time.

Update on my order of 17 January 2021, still no goods delivered. My emails were ignored for a while and then I seemed to have an offer to receive a different brand. Then silence again.

It’s hard to believe any of the 5 star reviews on here are legit. I had placed an order for 2 packets of cigarettes back in July 2020 and still have not received my order. At first they were confiscated at border force and when I emailed to explain this I got response to say a replacement order would be sent out. That was back in December 2020, I have received nothing. I have emailed over ten times for an update but have received nothing back. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site, I lost over £100 on cigarettes I never received and they ignore your emails. For sure a scam.

After leaving this review 4 weeks ago, I coincidentally received a prompt response after the 10+ sent emails prior and having not heard anything since December. In the response I was told that the reshipping option was not available because they have too many new orders to fulfil and that I am not entitled to a refund, however back in December they assured me that a new order would be shipped in January. How in any way is that good customer service? Definitely a fraud! And once again they are ignoring my emails.

I am pleased to see some positive reviews on here but I am afraid mine will not be one of those. I placed my first order on 17 January and to date have not received my goods. The tracking number I was given showed the consignment arriving in the country and going to a local delivery office a very long way from my home (200km). Then the tracking showed that “someone “ had collected the consignment from the same local delivery office. When I asked the postal office for an explanation they said that the “someone “ had collected the goods using a missed delivery card which means that they had attempted to deliver the goods to an address in this remote location. DutyFreeKing have said they are investigating but I have suggested they should replace or refund without delay. After 4 months I expected to have placed several repeat orders, but this is looking unlikely now.

I placed an order April 3rd and received a message April 27th saying that it had already left its place of origin. They also told me that the tracking would arrive 3 days later, but it didn't. Since then I have tried to contact them twice and have not received any response.

I have been trying to contact Leo but no response. Given a tracking number but no regular update. the order was placed March 16th 2021. Tried tracking it through Royal Mail to say someone signed for it on the 20th April called Mario????? Really? I would request a full refund but getting hold of them is the hardest thing

placed order on the 7th april told woukd get tracking number in 24hrs than nothing till i emailed on the 17th to find out where my order was no reply till after 23rd to say order was dispatched that day tokd them to cancel and wonted money told by ben this was done would get money back by monday got email yesterday to say the order was dispatched and wont get my money back this vompany is scamming customers stay away

Order placed in December 2020, sent the wrong brand, never received the other half of my order. Have sent numerous emails to them, and no satisfaction. I've pasted the last message I sent over a month ago. No reply. I've given them ample opportunity to rectify matters. The order cost me over £200. I may as well have thrown the money in the trash can.

I have repeatedly emailed you about problems with this order, and not had a satisfactory reply. The order was for Winston Blue and Marlboro Gold. I was sent Winston X-Style, not Blue, and I have yet to receive the Marlboro.
I require you to send me the Winston Blue as ordered, and the Marlboro Gold I haven't received, as soon as possible. My last email was to Leo over a week ago and I've heard nothing back.
I'm very very disappointed with your service, I had thought I was ordering from a reliable and recommended company. I would be grateful if you would reply promptly to let me know what has happened.

The guy Leo keeps replying to emails that tracking will be available in couple of days but 3 months later still nothing. Don't bother to email him again because once again he would say it will be available in few days.
UPDATE: as I've expected...I wrote negative feedback to see if it will help with my order and within couple hours order was shipped. Delivery took only 1 week and I've received different cigarettes then I've ordered but still better then nothing. I really don't think it would be shipped without negative feedback. Obviously Leo was making sure it will arrive hoping I'll delete my review as he called me lier in reply before I've even received the parcel. I guess I was quite lucky this time but doesn't worth trying. Good luck guys :))

Hi, this service is genuine real.
Just some advice to customers who purchase from Leo, I was a bit concerned by the time it took and also the lack of updates in tracking, but in a pandemic delivery times are slower, so be prepared for delays. I received my box with 2 malboros in pristine condition and I am enjoying them right now. Leo updated me and finally my box arrived. This has nothing to do with his service, but what to expect in the middle of a world crisis where things are slow compared to Normal. Thanks Victor
