Took a while to turn up ordered on 16th December and arrived 16th February. Tracking wasn’t updated since 4th January so I doubted they would even turn up, but they did and I will definitely order again. Marlboro double mix perfect quality and price

I've ordered cigarettes 3 times from Duty Free, twice with no problem, the third time they got lost. Jessi worked with me through everything and I did get my cigarettes today. Thank you Jessi. I definitely recommend buying your cigarettes here.

Firstly, I would like to say that, I didn't give five stars, only because I had a similar situation to another reviewer, and my package mysteriously got delivered and accepted at a different address. However, as soon as I questioned it, I got a reply and an apology, that it was an error and I was given a tracking number for someone else's package.
I also wanted to say, that although my package took a while to deliver (about month and a half) it did eventually arrive. And I understand that in the situation of a world pandemic everything is slower and the international mail is scrutinised greatly.
I am leaving a positive feedback, because I received my order and the seller has responded to all my chase ups and enquiries every time I emailed. I don't think it is in their interest to damage their business by selling and not delivering and in current conditions it might makes sense for customers to show some patience. I will be ordering again, and this time I will bear in mind the long lead time.

I have requested a refund for order #55534 last April but didn't get my money back! I have been sending emails since May and no one is replying to me!

Don’t trust on this company. They will steal your money without sending any goods to you.

I made an order on April 2020 and the payment was made and since then no further updates.

I have sent few emails and I have the similar answer all the time - saying that they will re-open their warehouse in a few weeks time and then they will procede to my order and all this delay is caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.

I also asked for a refund and I never had a chance to get my money back.

This is a truly online scam. Please don’t trust the positive reviews here - they are fake, as all this company is!

EDIT: (05/06/2021) After more then a year this company never sent any goods and order remains “Processing”. It’s funny how they said they can’t acknowledge my order when I have emails from them regarding the order that in here they don’t know about.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Placed an order over two months ago and still haven't recieved anything.
Sent emails and heard zero response.
Apparently they where shipped but I didn't even receive a tracking number.
Seriously, avoid at all costs.

If i could give a zero i would. I ordered 800 in November and lost 400 to customs in January and the other 400 disappeared. I have been constantly trying to get them resent as per the terms/conditions and finally in March/April they said they would replace the 800 cigarettes as a special kindness by the company and they didn't have to.
Sure enough here we in May almost 6 months since I placed the order and I'm still waiting. I know the world is struggling but something tells me that these guys are getting along just fine. Still selling their cheap cigarettes.
Well it's now June '21 and I'm still waiting for my 800 cigarettes i ordered in Nov'19. Today though I got a query about the review i left 13 months ago and they requested extra information. Maybe they grew a conscious after all but I won't hold my breath

Scam.. Ordered 3 cartoons.. Never received.. Waiting since 2 months

This is a scam website and unfortunately I fell for it. I ordered 2 cartons and paid €102.70 by bank transfer on 02/03/20. When I hadn't received my order weeks later I contacted the company who told me the warehouse was closed due to COVID 19 and they would try to send orders when the reopened at the end of March. Another 2 weeks passed and I received no order or follow up contact and I requested for order to be cancelled and to have my money refunded. They have not replied to my emails and never sent me my order or refund.

I believe many of the reviews on this site are fake as my experience is the same as several others who posted negative reviews. I was repeatedly contacted by a guy named 'Leo' who was looking for payment and once I had paid there was no follow up contact from him. I am very disappointed to have been scammed in this way. If they cannot fulfill orders due to the virus outbreak this in understandable but I am entitled to a refund as they never sent my order to me. No post tracking number was ever provided so there was never any attempt to ship the product to me.

Sadly I have not had the same experience as others. I ordered 2 cartons of cigarettes at the beginning of April with a promise of delivery between 10 and 20 days. I thought I would try something different and paid by Bitcoin, several weeks on my transaction still shows as pending awaiting confirmation of transaction, even though it went through immediately and my order is 'processing'. I have mailed a number of times and had no response.

Update, I finally receved a reply afer posting this review and they say the office is closed due to the virus, this is understandable but why leave the site open to accept orders you cannot fulfil?

Jury remains out but will remove this if the order eventually gets fulfilled

They didn’t make any delay for my parcel of Marlboro Gold and charged zero shipping amount since it was the second order I placed. I admire their skills in handling things during extreme situations, just to make sure customers don’t face any issue. I will order for more soon.

Took 24 days to arrive in the UK- Top price and amazing to be able to get hold of cigs what I can not get in the UK. Love the flavoured Marlboro Double Mix. Already planning my second order. "

I ordered 6 cartons, received 2 cartons a month after my order. I am still waiting for the 4 cartons to arrive, it's now been 5 months! Duty Free King ignoring my emails, no communication. I am very disappointed with the service and certainly do not recommend this site.
I am going to take further action.

It is a scam. They took my money, order didn't arrive. There is now 4 months so don't be a fool and trust them like I was.

Shipment delivered as ordered. Very good contact with the person responsible for the order. Professional help at every stage.

I received my first order from Dutyfreeking to Germany without any complication. Delivery time a bit long around 25 days but since the cheap cigs are only available from abroad I need to live with that. The customer service replay for my order request was around 24h. They told me they are selective with the costumers they take orders from and from whom they decline. In general, fine will order again after my two blocks are finish

Terrible communication. No delivery, They keep sending payment to order but don’t send a link.
Never return emails. Don’t use this website!!!!
