Dutyfreeking 

First order received within 30 days though tracking link never worked. Second order have never received - tracking link still not working and now over 5 weeks since I placed my order and still not received!
Have requested a full refund and no reply so I would avoid at all costs as have had to order elsewhere!

Not impressed at all my first order and it still hasn't even arrived yet. It took a month and had not even been shipped, I contacted on numerous occasions and got no response. Then i got all the details asked for my money back. Then in the end i threatened to report them sudden I get messages saying they now shipping my order should take upto 23 days give or take. So not only did they ignore my messages, it's been 23 days still no shipment and when I try to use the reference number to track where it is using the link they sent one says not recognised, the other says it's not parcel force it's royal mail and when I go on royal mail it's saying it can't find it please try again later. So now I will be passing on the details and reporting them.

Im ordering from this site since 8 Month
Received two days ago my order of Sobranies in good condition. The shipping time is sometimes unpredictable between 20 to 35 days from my experience to London. But so far I got each order delivered. One time I got a customs hold but they send me a replacement shipment after I paid some shipping fee on top. In general I get what I order, quality of the cig is good not outdated or crapy.

2 x Cartons to UK (400 cigs).
After 30 days I contacted 'Leo' at customer services to ask where my order was? He replied that it had just gone for 'export clearance' and they would provide a tracking number in a few days.
When I the asked why it had taken 30 days to go for export when it should have been delivered to me in 18 days - guess what no response. In fact there were no more responses from the great Leo and his merry men. If you order from these people make sure you can raise the purchase as a dispute with your credit card company and be prepared to block you card and have a new one issued. Who knows what these people are going to do with your credit card details? All the apparent good reviews these people get amaze me. I wonder if an actual customer stood by their delivered product with a smile on their face could be posted on their Facebook page?

Cigs reship arrived today and couldn't be happier, so thanks :) but being over two weeks since CMPOL I was waiting for a second letter of seizure instead, but it came in.

Thing is it arrived at the same name and address as before rather than the replacement I gave? And also the second 400 from that order came in to this address without any problem

Was my 1st order & didn't know exactly what to expect & how long my order would take , i was positive surprised with the service & the response from them with any inquiries i have made. To get my order took 20 days around.

As promised, I would adjust my review if I received my order. It took a while but I received my cigarettes in good order.

I ordered my cigarettes and paid £80 via bank transfer. I thought based on other reviews that it was worth trying.
I asked for status of the delivery and not before 3 or 4 weeks I received an e-mail said they were awaiting payment. I confirmed payment had been made and complained about the long wait to get any news. Then they found my payment and said they would be shipping something. That was it, and it was back in October.
5 months later I am still waiting for a response to any of the 10 e-mails that I sent asking them what happened. As soon as they checked they had the money they stopped replying to anything.
They took my money and disappeared.

I was concerned after waiting for days for nothing to happen how similar the experience was to dutyfree.io where I lost £150. Order page looks the same using the same words and is presented in almost exactly the same way, and the contact email is the same hello[AT]site.com, it feels like two scam sites running from the same template. I'm just thankful I'm only losing £100 this time and not £150, though that's cold comfort.

UPDATE: Positive and encouraging response to my email in suggests I may have been too quick to judge. Perhaps I'm still sore from my first loss at dutyfree.io

Great Cigs at a great price and Customer Service is very cooperative
after numerous orders there were a few glitches in shipping, but customer service got it done and worked out. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to my friends.

ordered 5 cartons, heard nothing for weeks then got a shipping notification which went to an address 200miles away, then got another notification only to recieve 2 cartons. doubt i'll ever see the other 3. In my opinion this is a scam, don't waste your time and money
