Excellent service from our supplier across the world. Being so far away we count on reliability and Dyze have this for sure

The nozzles are well made and well packaged. However, after I placed my order I did not receive any further communication about the status of my order (i.e.: when it was shipped & a tracking number). So I was surprised when I came home and it was on my doorstep. Fortunately "porch pirates" appear to be rare in our area. If I had been notified when the parcel was shipped c/w a tracking number, I would have ensured I was home to receive the parcel.

Order was accurate, packaging is clear.

Ordered and the nozzles shipped the next day. Fast service and great product.

Unfortunately the additional coats- like taxes -, when shipping to NL, are a burden (€51) Something Dyze can’t change.

So while one can easily note that Dyze Design parts are not cheap. But in all honesty you absolutely do get what you pay for. The Sentinel comes in a pretty small box but the heft of the box is notable. The Sentinel is made solid and particularly handsome looking while having the added bonus of the cleaning filter. I bought two, one for myself and one for a gift and the recipient was amazingly happy. You might wince at the wallet hit but you will smile when adding this gem into your build.

Bought my fourth tungten carbide nozzle! This one is to harden my new Prusa.

My two old Cupcakes still hum along well and so does my Dremel -- all hardened with tungsten carbide nozzles and after MANY hours of printing with carbon fiber [working on my fifth 3kg spool] I can see no signs of wear on the nozzle. It just prints and prints and prints.

I was in my office not very long ago trying to figure out a solution to an upcoming project. I needed a full colored mixed PETG filament RGB, with a white and black for luminescence and finally a PVA for clean water soluble supports. Googleing, I came upon these guys making their own tungsten carbide nozzles and individually water cooled hot ends. Turns out these guys were right in the neighboring town approx. 4km away. I jumped in my car and went over there to see their offices and shop. One guy answered me at the back door shipping area. He didn't really know what to do for me so he went and came back with one of the founders who let me in and gave me a complete your of their manufacturing plant. I managed too purchase a complete hot end really cute little device loaded with that .4 mm tungsten carbide tip. That ceramic/metal material is one of the strongest materials that exist and is used in all machine shops as the cutting tip on the knives for lathes and milling machines. It's what is used to cut diamonds. This thing will never wear out even with carbon fiber filament.

So these folks are super nice, very proud of their products and very well organized.

They also produce fabricated parts on these huge industrial machines, I mistook a huge hot end for a scintering laser.

They are in the midst of setting up a front office for walk in clients like me. That was a truly great discovery, I am going to apply for a job there.

While installing my hot-end I ran into some difficulty with the thermostat showing a -15°C value. I checked in Marlin and there was a setting for Dyce thermistors, specifically. These sensor are made for extra high temps like 500°C I believe. That is their standard setup.

Fantastic company. I bought the Dyzextruder Pro and the DyzEnd hotend with the water cooling blocks for printing industrial plastics in the future.
It's the best you can buy in my opinion. So much thought and attention to detail has been put into their products. I would buy again in a heartbeat.
