High quality

Great product works as expected and great quality. Would love to have the option of using the sensor for detecting filament movement and run out. It works great either way. Will be buying more in the future.

I purchased a nozzle

I purchased a nozzle, it doesn’t fit, I wrote an email asking if a different heat block is available for my DyzEND-X. Never got any reply !

I am Not impressed with the Product, Nor the support

I purchased the GT extruder and hotend combo, I followed all of the instructions and had it working well...then about 2 months in, it just quit...after doing a dance with support to try to get it running again, I gave up, I have it sitting on a shelf while I had to make a second purchase of a different extruder/hotend combo.

I gave this 2 stars because when it worked, it was Great...when I had issues however, support was just a repeat of the install/ troubleshooting that is included in the PDF manual, their goal is to not provide a return/ exchange or refund. I am stuck with a very expensive paperweight.

You may have better success, however I truly wish that I had just purchased my current unit first (not Dyze design brand)...saved weeks (which I put my production way behind) and too many headaches to list.
I am not impressed with the product, nor the support- I would look elsewhere if you have time deadlines to meet.

the extruder is blocked after an hour…

the extruder is blocked after an hour of use, I go to unscrew the nozzle and it was blocked, impossible to unscrew the threads were seized. I don't expect it from a product of this level. fully dissatisfied. What's more, you didn't even offer to send me the defective parts under warranty. nozzle and heater block.

Unfortunately, the warranty does not apply to circumstances such as but not limited to the following:
- The product has been tampered with, repaired and/or modified by non-authorized personnel;
- The serial number on the product, components or accessories has been altered, defaced or removed;
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly or abuse of the product.

Our technical support team determined that your product was tampered and therefore not covered by warranty. However, we do offer spare parts in our online store. You can buy a nozzle and heatblock for replacement. Our support team will gladly help you with replacement procedures or you can follow our guides here: https://docs.dyzedesign.com/hotends.html#nozzle-change.

Great

Service was excellent, although the item I bought (DyzEnd Pro) was out of stock. Dyze Design shipped as fast as possible after the arrival of the missing components, helped with a few problems at customs in Europe, and was always available for what I needed.
