All the reviews I read said that the printer i had on the way came with a crappy hotend, and being my first one, and knowing nothing I started looking at options. Talking with these guys online was awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Good at explaining things, and the website is easily accessible and full of info for even the nerd-level people.

You get what you pay for and With dyzedesign what you get is top tier hardware with top tier support. Yes there are cheaper options but a lot of the time with those you are left with hardware that may not have the beat support.

Extremely fast delivery to denmark - 2 days - I am impressed.
As for the goods I bought - 2 tungsten carbide nozzles - equally impressed.
I actually had one already, and was so happy with it that I decided to equip my other 2 Prusas with the same type of nozzle.
Production tolerances seem to be very tight - and with that, I get great print quality plus, I expect, nozzles that will last a lifetime.

I would not hesitate to buy from them again and can only recommend the tungsten carbide nozzles.

Very happy with my DyzEnd-X.

The only problem I had installing it was that I assumed it was the same as a V6 mount. This was not the case as the DyzEnd-X mount is shorter than a V6 mount. Eventually I found a very minimal V6 mount and was able to modify it to mount the DyzEnd-X.

Now that it's mounted and I've done some tuning of settings for it, it's printing great. At some point I would like to get a Dyze Design extruder but so far I'm happy with the hotend

I have settled on the Dyze Design Carbide nozzle as my standard nozzle. It performs so much better than other nozzles that I have it on 4 machines. The smooth interior geometry maximizes material flow and eliminates hang-up points. Color changes are much faster because the material purges out cleanly. As a plastics process engineer for 20 years, I have had my fill of cheaply made, poorly designed polymer handling equipment, and I can attest to the quality and performance of Dyze Design products. These guys know their stuff!

Tungsten Carbide Nozzle has electroless Nickle coating. I was concerned at first because of the wear properties, but I have been assured is only a few microns. I will see if I can get some guage pins so I can track the wear as I am printing with abrasive materials.

Slow to ship, but a good product.

Customer service was very lacking during COVID-19 period. Not enough communications.

Fitted to my Ender 3 and it is fantastic. Prints speed is halved and the quality is roughly the same. Layer height does make the layers a bit more visible but I think that adds to the charm of 3d prints and people on eBay don't notice the difference. Added the extra heat and layer height has made my prints 30% stronger. It did take around 3 hours to adjust to make it work perfectly everytime. I have a flawless work horse now. Very happy with it. Using 0.6 nozzle with 3.6 layer height and initial layer height of 0.2 for first 2 layers. Speed increased to 70 m/s and temp increased to 210 for PLA. I sometimes print at 100 m/s for simpler prints.
