I received the wrong nozzle. It is 0.6mm 1.75 but does not fit the dyzend pro hotend. I purchased in a link from the duzend pro extruder page on the dyze design website.

I went back and checked the site and this was my error. I am changing my review because the quality of packaging and the nozzle itself look excellent, I just selected the wrong size. I missed the visual chart at the bottom. I hope they can process my return in a timely manner. Sorry for any confusion I've caused.

I was super excited to receive my .04mm CARBIDE nozzle from Dyze design, but when it arrived I appear to have ONLY received a hardened STEEL nozzle. (As a journeyman machinist I can quickly tell the difference in material). Hopefully they can correct this mistake considering the $73USD I paid for it.

You guys and girls make great things but the experience we had during the order was quite not good. Long delays, total blackout during the order, info emails where coming too late, confirmation emails completely offset with the reality. Also, the delivery experience (and tracking) was very poor while using Poste Canada. We are on the other side of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge and it took soooo much time to receive! I strongly recommend that you switch to Purolator in the future and check out your internal order process. Keep going, building a strong and efficient company is not an easy task and growing too fast can lead to this kind of situation I guess.

The nozzles work very well, especialli with highly metal filled filaments, but the threat is 0.5mm shorter than the original E3D nozzle. So you have to adjust the counterthread of the heatbreak in the heatblock to get a sealed connection

Very fast service, and the nozzles I ordered are great.

Yet to install and test the equipment but it looks good so far.
I like the engineering, as well as buying Canadian.
Hoping to establish a long term relationship with Dyze.

Would have been nice to have different lengths to choose from for the leads, and hose.
As well as the power supply for the cooler.

I made a mistake when ordering (wrong size) and customer service replied very fast and altered the order.

Nozzle was in a nice box. Unfortunately, this was damaged, probably during transport. Nozzle was still fine, due to good packaging

Always a pleasure dealing with this great team and their products are simply the best quality at a fair price point. Keep it up ;-)

some minute scratches on metal bodies but things are pretty good

I haven't received my item, so it's kind of hard to review it. Regardless, unsolicited emails asking for reviews is very obnoxious and the reason for my low rating.

I goofed and somehow paid twice between PayPal and the order page. A quick email and they took care of the problem on the next business day. My order shipped and arrived a few days later. The packaging was top notch and so is the product. Can't wait to install it and nerd out for a few hours when the kids are asleep.

Shipping from Quebec to WA was amazingly fast. WC nozzle works really well.

I had an issue with my PT-100 sensor and Dyze wasted no time in getting me a replacement. Everything was handled professionally and expeditiously.
