Obtaining money by deception
I booked my trip and paid just over a thousand pounds, then a few days was sent a email to say to the hotel was closed on the dates I had booked so would receive a refund it's now been over 2 weeks and not got a penny back and now having to go through the my back as obtaining money by deception and a fraud claim to try and get my money back.

Nobody seems to be answering the help…
Nobody seems to be answering the help line. My flight was cancelled from the airline itself and they need EaseMytrip to reissue the ticket but no one seems to answer and the WhatsApp bot is going in circles stating it cannot find my booking

Avoid EaseMyTrip at all cost
Paid £1660 for flights, then the next day they contacted me on WhatsApp call demanding another £400 to “confirm” the ticket. Meanwhile the same flights were still cheaper directly on Virgin Atlantic’s website.
Felt like a bait-and-switch scam. Extremely unprofessional and misleading. Never trusting this company again.
