Buyer beware!

I bought a ticket on Etihad, they took my money, and sent me an e ticket and confirmation of booking.
A few days later I got an e mail saying the price had gone up by 285 pounds.
I refused to pay it and they cancelled my ticket.
How can a business take someone's money, confirm I have bought the product, then demand more money?
Disgusting business practice.
I have tried contacting them through a WhatsApp number provided on this site, but they have not responded.

awaiting refund for cancelled flight

all these years I have been using EMT for my flight bookings. but one issue happed and my flight got cancelled for 7 passengers. the booking was made through EMT and payment too was made to them, till today since 5 years I am awaiting my refund of the cancelled fights.

I booked a flight in Ease My Trip under…

I booked a flight in Ease My Trip under Singapore Airline. For some reasons the Singapore Airline cancelled my flight. As a customer you expect a seemless process of refund considering the inconvenience made by cancelling my trip. I tried to reached out the airline and they dont want to take responsibility because i purchase the ticket via agent which is Ease My Trip. I tried to reach out the agent vey bad experince cannot be reach out by call but only email. What is worst no prompt response and no idea if refund processed. They keep on saying pending from the ariline. And the airline says reach out the agent. It was a horrible experience. I encourage Ease My Trip to improve your management in terms of refund. People trust more when they see your paying attention on what they need. If i will not receive my refund, i consider you guys as scammer. You decieve people to buy plane ticket just to take money without realizing the hassle you cause. May God enligthen your mind.

Ease of booking

Ease of booking. It was smooth. The indigo website is THIRD RATE and I spent 90 mins trying to book and pay directly at the airline web site but the 'senior citizen ' ID button lighted up after 50 tries. Even after entering senior citizen ID, the 'payment now' button wouldn't light up. So, the sordid airline website is your gain. Let the airline site go to dogs. Keep up your smooth functioning website.
