I was recommended easyDNA by Legal Aid as an affordable option I could do myself. The team was excellent with answering all my questions and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the DNA kit within a day of calling. I needed a DNA test for peace of mind to be absolutely sure that I was the father to my "daughter", not knowing where to start I googled different companies; easyDNA UK's website was good and very clear, price wise it was the same as other best value companies and cheaper than a number of others, equally as important it sounded like an easy but good service. I applied on-line (very simple to do) and was impressed with the way my expectations were managed (emails to confirm the application, when the kit should arrive, acknowledgement of receiving my completed kit and notification of when the results would be forwarded to me). The result was emailed on the day that I had been advised so bang on. In summary, price was good, application process was simple and customer service was very good, I would recommend easyDNA UK to others.

I'm so pleased that I used easydna. The test is so straight faward and the results are on time. I rang and spoke to a member of the team and was extremely happy with the service I got, she was so understanding and made me feel at ease with the situation I was in. To break up with a partner and then be told you are not the father of this precious little 15mth old boy was like the end of the world to my son Channing.This led to a complete emotional breakdown that resulted in hospitalisation. As Channings mother I helped him with a recovery plan, part of that plan was to pursue a DNA test to find out either way no matter what the result the mental torture was painful. .After suddenly being contacted on Social Media by an alleged niece in BRAZIL (daughter of my deceased brother) I had reason to GOOGLE DNA IRELAND to get advice on same. With great apprehension I contacted easyDNA in KANDAY HOUSE in FAIRVIEW as it was local to me. I followed up the initial helpful phone call with a visit to KANDAY HOUSE where I was met by friendly and helpful staff where everything was explained to me about the DNA KITS etc etc before I decided to go ahead with same. I collected my DNA KIT in KANDAY HOUSE next day and my niece was emailed in BRAZIL and everything explained to her about her DNA KIT. A simple procedure! I was emailed when BOTH kits arrived in the UK office where analysis was to take place. I was given a date when to expect results and on that VERY DATE I was emailed results. This was also followed up by a call by a very helpful and friendly Lab Technician to explain results to me. I have no hesitation in recommending easyDNA to anybody in a similiar predicament. EASY, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY was my experience. And the OUTCOME made me so happy!!
