I would like to sincerely thank United Car Rental Tangier for their excellent service.
I rented a car from Tangier Airport from September 1st to September 22nd, and as always, I was very happy with the service. I have used United many times, and I always choose this company over other car rental companies because of the professional and respectful way they treat their customers.
The staff responsible for the car collection and return are extremely respectful, helpful, professional, and efficient. They know their job very well and make the whole process easy and comfortable.
In the past, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohamed, and this time I dealt with Nada at the airport parking area. Both have been excellent, and I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
I feel very comfortable dealing with United, and that is why I continue to choose them whenever I need to rent a car in Tangier.
Thank you to the whole United team for your excellent service. You definitely deserve 5 stars, and I highly recommend you.

Where is my deposit refund?
I rented a car at LAX with 24Seven Rent Now (FLexways). I returned my rental car at LAX on July 21st and am still waiting for my deposit of $500 to be returned by the Economy Bookings supplier!!! This delay in receiving the deposit violates the 10-20 business days stipulated in the rental agreement. Withholding a client's deposit seems to be a common practice for this merchant when reading its reviews. I have contacted Economy Bookings numerous times. Its last message to me was on September 18th, and I have no refund from the merchant. It appears Economy Bookings doesn't read reviews for its suppliers or it would drop this supplier instead of allowing this fraudulent business practice to continue.

A $500 deposit still missing after your LAX return on 21 July is a long wait, especially with the last message from us dated 18 September. Security deposits are usually held by the supplier, and the release can depend on FLexways’ processing as well as the bank’s own timing, even when the rental terms mention 10–20 business days. EconomyBookings is a legitimate booking platform, but a hold that’s gone well past the stated window needs checking against the return paperwork. If this is still unresolved, do email community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the return receipt, any bank statement showing the hold, and the 18 September messages.

If no confirmation email or number came through, the booking may not have been completed at all. If by “subscription” you mean your account or email updates, the Help Center team can cancel that and check whether anything was left pending. If you'd like this looked at, do send them the email address used and a screenshot of the freeze so they can trace what happened.

Made a reservation but, I had to cancel it due to the wrong date. Got my refund in my e wallet but, wouldn’t let me transfer back to my bank so I left the fund there. Fast forward 8 months went back to my account and there’s no fund there. Tried to email and contact them there’s no response. Total thief. Avoid at all costs.

Cancelling for the wrong date and then finding the e-wallet refund gone 8 months later, with no reply to your emails, is a very poor result. E-wallet funds can usually be kept for another booking or sent back to the original card through the profile on the website; if that didn’t go through, the account history needs checking rather than just the email trail. EconomyBookings is a legitimate booking platform, and the balance should be traceable.

Do not use economy booking
I had a flight cancelled and was unable to get to the location for the car rental booking. Economy Bookings refused to even offer me a credit on the rental. They kept my pre paid booking and offered nothing. I tried to contact them and continually got the run around saying I need to fill in a form which I did 3 times. Do not book with economy rentals !

A cancelled flight that stopped you reaching the pickup point, then being sent back to the same form three times, is a proper frustration. If the car wasn’t collected, the booking is usually handled under the supplier’s no-show terms, so any credit depends on the booking conditions and whether late arrival had been agreed in advance. A flight cancellation on its own doesn’t automatically keep a prepaid reservation open.

My car rental experience with Europcar…
My car rental experience with Europcar was the worst I've had in 30 years of renting cars.
Check-in went fine; it took about 15 minutes to sign the paperwork. I had booked a Peugeot 208. When I went to pick up the car at Bergamo Airport, the person in charge of handing over the keys looked at my voucher, gave me a set of keys, and told me to go to space number 35. When I got there, the car wasn't the Peugeot 208. It was a Seat. Worse, the car was dirty.
I went back to his office and told him it wasn't the Peugeot 208 I had booked. He said they didn't have any more. I told him I had just seen one right there, and he replied that it was reserved. I told him mine was reserved too, and that the car he gave me was dirty. He said it would take 5 minutes to wash it. I agreed, but those 5 minutes turned into 45. When the car finally arrived, the driver's floor mat was torn and full of holes, and the back seat wasn't completely clean, although the outside was. It also had several scratches, which I photographed.
I went back to the man again and showed him the holes in the floor mat, and he told me they had no other cars. I asked how it was possible that everything was in order when I made my reservation, yet now they had no cars, and on top of that, the car was dirty. In the end, I took it.
While driving, I realized it didn't even have windshield washer fluid. Honestly, the service was terrible. And when I returned the car, the staff member who attended me was very rude and unpleasant.
I do not recommend Europcar at all.

I used economy bookings for the first time recently. My experience exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a great price on a rental car from one of the largest well-known car rental companies. The price I was offered was significantly less than any other price I could find. across the board. I will not hesitate to use this company again for future car rentals.
