The worst company ever
The worst company ever. I arrived to the airport of Cagliari and found out that by their mistake i dont have a car. They forgot to confirm it to the rental agency. They didnt even suggest a solution to this problem. I had to pay additional money to the transfers. And after service is even worse. I placed a complaint and got a completely ridiculous answer, nothing to do with what i complained about.
To avoid this company at all cost! The worst experience ever!

Arriving at Cagliari and finding there was no car because the booking never reached the rental agency is a brutal start to a trip. Having to pay extra for transfers on top of that makes it even worse, and a complaint reply that didn’t address what you actually raised is understandably frustrating. If the supplier never received the confirmation, they won’t have a live reservation to release at the desk, which is why this kind of mistake can turn into a no-car pickup.
