I've never had an issue with Conrad's service; however, I'm withholding one star, because they are a little pricey. Not as bad as some competitors, but higher than others of comparable worth. Overall, I trust them to do a good job, and they're often able to get me in when I need it, which is important, because I usually have to wait for my car.

I received a confirmation for the appointment I booked online, but then was called by the store saying they couldn't accommodate me at the scheduled time. This is the second time this has happened to me (previously at another Conrad's location). Online scheduling seems pointless if it's not based on the actual availability of the location.

Don't know how the service is till Friday 8/2. See you then.

I came in for an oil change appointment at 11am and it was pretty busy so, I was understanding. I was there from 11am to around 3:20pm. Now I did ask if I should go home and come back but he said he would get me out as soon as they could. The time I waiting was not ok but they showed that they cared by apologizing and making sure I still left satisfied. oil change was free and even gave me free Mitchell ice cream coupons. I will come back to Conrad's but next time drop off and come back.

Quick and easy online scheduling. Loved the recent utilization of sending a quick video assessment text message of your vehicle so that you can see exactly what is ok and/or what needs to be repaired. I have been coming to this Westpark location for years and have always received great service, detailed response to my questions and never been made to feel "clueless" as a woman with no mechanical background, lol. Ed was great today, excellent customer service.

Scheduling an appointment online for service work couldn't be any easier.

Manager was proactive: called as soon as he determined he was over-scheduled for on-hand staff. Offered to reschedule for another day. I was able to address my two primary concerns on my own in less than an hour.
