I have visited the Amherst location…

I have visited the Amherst location twice in the past 12 months and I have been completely satisfied with my experience both times. The staff is courteous and professional. They never make me feel like they are trying to sell me services that are unnecessary. Also, the value/prices are amazing compared to other shops. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great Experience

Great Experience! I like the videos they sent of my car. I was able to show my boyfriend, who's been saying I need to change my air filter, how dirty my air filter was with the footage they'd sent me while working on my car! Nice feature. Dave was the one ringing me out/ informing me about my vehicle. He was helpful and pleasant not only to me but with other customers in the shop on the phone.

Waiting is the hardest part.

You really need public wifi and a more comfortable reception area. There are a lot of people who were waiting. I know that it's a shop but when I go to my dealership the experience is different.

If you are interested in changing this, a comfy waiting area, and a person in charge of running the front of the house would work. They were slammed and understandably there was no popcorn, but there was all over the floor. There was no wifi or password to be seen. And although each and every person was greeted in an extremely friendly and prompt manner upon arrival, it was clear that the staff members behind the counter were stretched thin.
